Meh

Not bad, but not great. Thought they would be good for our 4 year old to build with. The colors are good, but the pieces aren’t entirely square/flat on their sides so you can’t really build without them falling.

Sent Used. Missing pieces.

Love the idea of this and our four year old was excited. This was sent used to us and there are missing pieces and cards. Frustrating because this was a gift from Santa.

What I Love and What I Wish Was Different

My 6 yr old nephew loved this and it’s lightweight and varies in difficulty. I do, however, wish there were MORE cards with challenges on them or at least a supplemental pack you could buy. You don’t get very many. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Pieces are small

Pieces are smaller than I expected and not a big variety. That said almost 6 year old is very taken with it and copying the cards.

Label stuck to the box, and very hard to get off - no good if a present.

Havent tried it yet - it's a present but not being able to get the label off has really pissed me off.

Good for problem solving and special awareness

Got for a 4 year old and it’s good for him to learn how to work out what way the shapes all go. Gives him an understanding of problem solving and special awareness.

This Brainometry game by the Learning Resources Store is brilliant and will definitely entice your child away from their computers. It's currently priced at £15.95 Included in the box are -- 24 different shaped blocks -- 10 double sided challenge cards They can decide which challenge to go for and build their blocks from 2D to 3D puzzles. Please note this game is suitable for children from age 5, please keep away from under threes due to small parts which could be a choking hazard as we had to keep our two year old away

Fun while learning

Myself and my grandson was looking forward to trying this out and I gotta say we weren’t disappointed. You get ten double sized challenge cards with twenty four blocks of different shapes. Can be played with solo but the grandchildren do like competing against one another as well. Another great stem activity that allows the children to have fun while learning. Might be a good idea if purchasing it to say it’s a gift as this arrived with label stuck straight on the box which wouldn’t be good if you wanted to gift it.
