High quality
Cylinder is one of my favorites from Hanayama. It a high quality puzzle that's nice to hold and fiddle with. The puzzle is reminiscent of cracking a combination lock. You can infer what to do and get there with a good challenge but not frustration. The "levels" on Hanayama puzzles don't mean much, except for the very lowest ones, because everyone is different in what's easy or hard for them. Level 4 on this one sounds about right to me, maybe Level 3.

Unique and memorable
The way this one works is very unique and memorable. Just be very slow and observant taking it apart, because there is only one very precise way to get it back together. Very high quality and good looking item for the price.

One of my favorites
It's maaaybe on the easy side for a four, but I love this one! The pieces all just slide together in such a satisfying way. Doubles as a fidget toy with the marble spinning in the middle, and sits well on a desk/shelf. A classic.

By far my favorite puzzle. I am new to puzzles
By far my favorite puzzle. I am new to puzzles, and found this puzzle challenging (but not frustratingly so). The timeline for my experience with this puzzle is below: - It took me ~1.5 hours to solve. When I took it apart, I had no idea how I did it - It took me 3 hours to figure out how to put it back - Spent another 2 hours taking it apart and putting it back together a couple of times. At this point, I found out "the trick" Despite knowing "the trick" to this puzzle, it is still my favorite and has a welcome spot on my desk. I often take it apart and put it back to together (~5 seconds now) just for fun. The action of the puzzle is memorizing to me and despite taking it apart hundreds of times now, it still provides me with satisfaction and a mild sense of accomplishment. Prior to this purchase, I was unfamiliar with the Hanayama brand but have been pleasantly surprised through my experience with Marble. The toy is aesthetically pleasing to view and heavy and smooth in the hands. It is the type of toy I am not afraid to showcase in my office. My only complaint is that this toy is smaller than I originally anticipated it to be (please see pictures below for reference). I would have paid double the price to have an exact replica of this puzzle, but double the size. *Of note, despite some of the other review comments, this puzzle does not act as a fidget spinner. While it does have a ball in the center of the puzzle, it does not act as a bearing (like a fidget spinner). It does rotate, but despite my best efforts, cannot do a full revolution on a single spin.

Small but nicely built
Got this a gift for a friend of mine who is good at puzzles. I was not expecting much for the price, but although it is a small puzzle the weight and finish was nicer than I was expecting.

These make great gifts if you have puzzlers in the family
It's always fun to hand these out and watch people sit there trying to solve them...often for hours. You can watch them plug away, faces balanced between intense concentration and frustration as they try again and again. You can also watch the people around them...looking on....wishing they could just have a few moments, knowing they could do it, if only they could hold the thing for a minute. Don't forget that you can get different difficulties. We're up to about level four in our family. Inevitably someone solves it, but it can take hours to get it just right. The solution takes not only understanding the problem, but grokking the correct way to hold all the parts in the correct configuration, then making the right motions in the proper order. They usually sit on my in-law's living room table for a while...especially once they are solved. Like a challenge for the next visitor...or something to try again after a few weeks, once you've lost the muscle memory that you developed to solve them the first time around.
