Not a universal solution-- I found it less accurate than unbaffled powder dispensing!
In terms of product quality, it's a piece of bent aluminum-- there not much to say other than that you're paying a premium to get something reflecting design and testing beyond what you could accomplish with a bent piece of soft drink can. Prior to installing the Uniflow baffle I found that most of my powder throws varied from each other by 0.1 grain (as verified on an M505 scale), though the range could creep a few tenths of a grain around my target weight during the course of a bottle of powder. Fully half of my powder charges were identical in weight, 40 percent were within 0.2 grains, and about 10 percent were outliers that could vary by +/- .5 grain from the target weight. I bought the baffle to try to minimize the number of outliers and stop the average from creeping around my target weight. However when I installed the baffle I found that my variance from throw to throw GREW to an average of 0.4 grains, that the outliers were over three times larger (over a grain off of the target weight), and that the percentage of usable powder throws (which I characterize as those within +/- 0.2 grains of the target setting) dropped dropped from 90% to 40%. The baffle seemed to be creating some kind of differential settling pattern of the medium flake powder I was using, since every second --or in some cases, third-- charge would be identical in weight, although off from the preceding and following throws. At least in my tests I found the baffle to be counterproductive and removed it. Given its relatively minimal cost, it's not worth the hassle of return the baffle, and possibly I'll find that it helps with ball or grain powder. In the meantime, I'll run my RCBS baffle-free.

RCBS should have included this as standard equipment!
This baffle made a bigger difference than I expected. The powder measure already performed well; adding this baffle made it perfect. I typically check every 10th drop with my scale (and I still do), but now I see a level of consistency that I never saw previously. I've read several comments recommending that one could easily fabricate this for next to nothing. I say go ahead and shell out a few bucks and buy this. It works perfectly, powder does not stick to it (that had been a concern to me), and it will provide peace of mind.

This item is worth the money, despite being a $.10 piece of aluminum
This should have shipped with the measure. Nevertheless, finding using stick powders I’m getting far less variance between drops once I have my load dialed in. Will still get a stray every 10 or so pulls, but before noticed much higher variability as the measure emptied. Now getting pretty close to the same pull no matter the amount of powder left in the hopper. Buy this!

Helps keep powder charges consistent
I could have made one from an aluminum can that would do the same thing, but why would I waste the time cutting & fitting for this price? Fits my old RCBS measure perfectly

This baffle really tightens the consistency of you powder. I don't know why I never bought this before! Out of 50 throws, all were within .1 Grain of each other. Pretty good for bulk reloading.
