A bit narrow

I am an athletic and coordinated person and feel that this wheel is a tad bit too unstable due to how narrow it it. You may feel like the wheel will topple sideways when you are leaning on it or bending backwards over it.

It really works!

I work a desk job and sit or stand at my computer for long hours. I have bad posture and my upper back feels very stiff most days. I bought this wheel to get relief and it works! My upper back cracker a little with the first use and much more with every subsequent use. My back was a little sore the day after first use but I attribute that to starting a new routine, just like when you do a new workout. I can see me using this for years to come. It is sturdy and asethetically attractive as well.

Great for backs and affordable

I bought this to help me improve flexibility and get a good crack out of my back. The first time I used this my back was so tight that it was a very painful experience. Now that I’ve had it for a week, I can actually see and feel the difference. I’m in significantly less pain through the day and my range of motion is improved. The firmness of the wheel is still a painful, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. My muscles are just wrecked from sitting at a computer all day.

Yoga wheel

Good product. Had some back pain and did some back bend on this wheel and immediately was able to crack my back and loosen up. Seemed just a hair too rigid but that may be just me. Works great

Sturdy

Firstly, this thing is very sturdy. With it being plastic I thought for sure I would be too heavy for it, at 215 pounds. It didn't even bend. So I am very impressed by how strong it is. With that said, it needs more padding. It could just be how my body is built but it caused pain in between my shoulder blades because the edges of the wheel are exposed plastic. Maybe for someone with less broad shoulders it would be okay, but for me it was too much. Did great at cracking my upper back and opened my chest, I felt 5 inches taller when got up. The only down side is the padding/and or width of it. Maybe I'll look into different sizes of them.

You need this!

Boy oh boy is this thing wonderous. My spouse and I often wake up with some back pain, so I got this as a Christmas gift for him. In the first couple days of using it, we’ve felt more relaxed and less pained. It’s incredibly sturdy and cracks your back like a pro! Soon, gone will be the days of sore muscles and rough knots.

Much needed for my practice

My yoga practice feels so drab without this thing! I have horrible flexibility in my lower body and the wheel helps me do more variations of stretches to help with that. It's very sturdy and the color is beautiful. I make plenty of time during my morning routine to practice with it. Mine didn't come with an instructor pamphlet, but there are hundreds of poses to copy from Pinterest that range from simple to advanced. It is well worth money. The black part of the wheel is already starting to fray however, even after using it just one day. I can see having to replace it within the year if I continue to use it every day, but I will be getting wonderful use out of it.

Go easy at first.

I saw the ads for chirp wheel and looked into it; way overpriced imo. This is close enough to the same thing that I don’t care. Go easy at first. I never used it before so it was real easy to make myself a little sore. A few back and forth movements and I feel massaged between my shoulder blades. Got a couple relieving pops too. Would buy again.

Amazing product!

This is my first purchase for anything of this sort. It’s very amazing and durable, clean, well made and very helpful for someone with chronic lower back pain. When I use this I feel like the tension is released from each vertebrae! It says it to run smoothly between shoulders but I am just over 5’3” and about 140lbs and it’s a little bit too wide to go straight through but it still goes up with no pain or discomfort (this could be normal but I’m new)

Hello back flexibility!

I wouldn't recommend beginners start with this size, but I needed that extra edge to start working on my back flexibility. This is great for (carefully!) relieving my back pain and overall making me more confident in my backbends.

Great for stretching!

I have a seized back and very low mobility due to injuries so I got this to help stretch it out. One use and it’s already feeling better. The wheel is super sturdy and really nice looking! Black part is a super comfy yoga mat type material for padding. Within 10minutes the other 4 (non yoga) people in my family were fighting over it
