Trigger stick Gen III is a must for photographers or a long gun owner.
I bought the trigger stick after a photographer recommended it. It works great with a heavy long lens and adjusts to different heights rapidly. I also use it when night hunting for beavers on our property. It works great for both photography and for night hunting with a green laser. Great for stability and is easy to adjust height quickly.

Tripod Shooting Stick
Fast adjusting and light weight, can sit down and shoot off of it in more ways than any other device I have tried. It is very steady.

Not a quick deploy tripod, but a quick adjusting tripod.
Oh man, soooo close. It is almost perfect. There's just a few problems. On the good side, it operates super-smoothly, instantly locking solid exactly where you release the trigger. It is wonderful. The quick-release base lets me switch from binos to rifle rest easy enough. The lock ring that allows me to push the legs out a bit further is a godsend for difficult slopes. But it still is a two-hand tripod. There is a strap around the legs you have to undo before setup. You have to use the strap, because the legs don't stay together otherwise. I tried different ways of shaking, dragging, prying the tripod after the strap is removed, and it's hard to get all of the legs to spread out evenly. Inevitably, I end up using both hands no matter what I do to set it up. Once it's up, it's super-easy super-smooth one-hand operation. It's a bit bulky. The poles are really lightweight, but the handle is big, heavy, and bulky. I was hoping to kind of carry this as a walking stick, but the weight made the handle really uncomfortable after a few miles, I had to strap it on my pack (see two-hand tripod). It's just a bit *tall*. The shorter model is really short, and this one is just a smidge too tall, IMO. It's too tall to use as a rifle rest from a normal chair. It's a "stand-up" or "steep slope" tripod only, unless you want to spread the legs out past the locking ring, but then it's not as stable. It seems like they could have made it an inch or two shorter, and covered almost everything. I don't need a short one and a tall one. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. It works really well when the situation is compatible. But it isn't everything I hoped. It would be nice if it were a bit lighter, a bit shorter, and 1-hand deployable.

works Well on GEN3.
WILL NOT work and a Gen2. The Gen2 has one built in. Unscrew the rifle cradle and the screw is visible. If you you push down on the thread a smaller size will pop up.

Sturdy rest, hopefully not a pain to carry
I needed a gun rest to shoot 200+ yards. I was successful with this brand in bipod form but elected to buy the tripod. It’s great in my living room, I will see how cumbersome it gets when hiking up mountains and long distance. Perhaps a sling??

Perfect for stalking...
There are few better and easier to use tripods for hunting. I have used mine many times and recently had a friend use it to make her first kill, wild hog in Texas at about 75 yards. The tripod was able to give her a stable platform to control the rifle while making a clean shot. I am very happy with this tripod and would buy again!

Good deploy, swivel action, telescope clicks into it quickly
Does the job, camera/telescope mount works well, easy/quick to deploy and OK to carry on a walk if not a little heavy/front end loaded - I got used to it and tucked it under my arm. Not super robust (not flimsy either) so I would treat gently placing it in the car etc.
