Love this pump?
Best priced digital pump! And it's practically perfect. Achieves desired pressure quickly but not so fast that you'll get worried about overinflating. Which isn't really a problem anyhow since you can set the PSI and let it do its thing. My only wish that it also had a 120 volt adapter, but I can get that if I really think I need it. Also it would be great if you could plug it in and have it continuously monitor the pressure to get it to the desired PSI. Wow that's not really a commonly needed feature, it's a big help when you're trying to patch a leaking ding on your board.

2 yrs after purchase
Purchased this pump 2 yrs ago and still pumping strong. When I 1st bought my paddle board, I hand pumped it, but my board didn't look right. I asked a random stranger how he inflated his. He showed me this pump and said he got it off of amazon and pumped it for me. Needless to say, For people I see in the parking lot trying to inflate their paddle boards for the 1st time, I whip this little bad boy out and pump theirs up as well.

Works great when it wants to. Sometimes it doesn't want to...
First of all- this pumps up a large SUP in less than 10 minutes. Smaller SUPs take only a little over 5 minutes each. You can see the board inflating so it is not as slow as some people would have you believe. My wife has been SUP'ing with 3 of her friends recently and I have been inflating her big board and their 3 smaller boards in less than 30 minutes with this pump. Sometimes.... For some odd reason when I am at home this pump happily inflates my wife's board up to 15 PSI every time with no issue- even if I inflate, deflate and inflate it again. As soon as I inflate her board when she is at the beach the pump insists on shutting off at between 10.5 and 12 PSI even though it is set at 15 PSI and I am running the pump from the same power socket in the same car. Weird. When inflating the other boards the pump will shut off right around 11.5 PSI as well. When this happens I usually just grab the hand pump and put the last 5 or 6 pumps in it to get to 15 PSI. Still a lot easier than inflating from scratch with a hand pump. The pump is noisy but not nearly as noisy as some that i have dealt with. It gets louder as it tries to get to the higher pressures. Below 2 PSI you can almost hold a normal conversation next to it, After 2 PSI it is too loud to talk to someone without backing off 10 feet or so. The digital pressure gauge seems to be accurate compared to 4 other gauges that I have. I agree with others here that the hose leaves quite a lot to be desired but it does work. I found that on one of her friend's boards that you have to apply some downward pressure on the hose where it connects to the valve or it will leak. In all fairness, that particular valve is non-standard and sort of odd. For the price I would definitely recommend this pump -even with it's odd behavior- because there just isn't anything even remotely better at this price point. I am certain that a $150 pump would be nicer, faster quieter and more reliable but you get what you pay for and you aren't paying that much for this pump.

Correction: there was a second hose, and it has worked well this summer.
Correcting my earlier review: there was a second, high pressure hose, and apparently in my excitement to get out on the river I combined the hoses in series to achieve a longer hose, and the low pressure section broke during the first inflation. I have since used only the high pressure section to pump up the SUPs approximately 10 times this summer, and while the high pressure hose is short and stiff, it hasn't failed. So I'm changing my rating since this pump does pump quickly and I appreciate that. One item of caution that I have learned: once I pumped 2 SUPs, one after the other, and one of the the 12V power receptacles in my car seemed to have burned out in this process (I haven't checked the car's fuse yet). When I pulled out the power plug of the pump after this, it was VERY hot - burning to the touch on the metal conductors. So be aware, and I suggest unplugging and pausing for a couple minutes before pumping a second SUP so you don't overheat the power receptacle.

Worked great until it didn't
I used this pump for about a year for my paddle board. If the outdoor heat is excessive (as it is in Arizona), the pump would overheat and shut off. So I had to make sure that the AC was blasting on the pump while pumping my paddle board. This worked fine until the pump stopped working altogether. Consider a better product...

Pressure Hose LEAKS
This unit is garbage. I purchased it to inflate a SUP aboard our sailboat utilizing onboard 12V DC power. The concept certainly sounded appealing and convenient. The first time I used it - the 'high pressure' air hose leaked - a split in the hose developed at 7psi, making it impossible to inflate the SUP to 12psi. Because we were away from home port and on vacation, I had no alternative but to do a field repair to get the hose to work. I had to replace the cheap thin plastic hose (clearly not intended for the rated psi), with something that could withstand 12psi of pressure. Making these field repairs also prevented me from simply returning the product for a refund. Making that field modification was also tedious, time consuming and should not have been necessary, if the unit shipped with a proper hose to deliver advertised rated pressure (15psi). It doesn't get anywhere near to 15 psi and the poor quality inconvenience you and cost you time when it comes to using it. Worse, (upon subsequent detailed reading of reviews), there are multiple instances of this product's hose failing. This is a known issue that neither the seller or Amazon seem to care about. Cheaply made. Doesn't perform as advertised. Avoid this product.

Has Issues
This pump is brand new. Would only go up to 7.5 psi. Paddle boards require 15 psi. They feel full, but the gauge reads 7.5. It is on the psi setting, i have good voltage at my plug- meter confirmed. Either the pump is junk or the gauge is junk but i shouldnt be dealing with this with a brand new item

the pump is great, but high pressure hose is a joke
As said in all reviews, the pump is great, but high pressure hose is a joke, a toy! It will break on seam at worst time, and even the suggested Silicone Sealant tape wont work, I tried it! You will not find a hose on the internet with these fittings, so I took the damaged hose to a Alternative Hose shop and for $6 put the fittings on a 300 psi webbed hose with clamps, works and looks great, strong. Take advantage of the silly warranty must replace all package to get a new inferior hose, and then reinforce it also! Now you have a backup pump and can enjoy these remote supping trips free of hose failures!!

Makes inflating SUP a pleasure instead of a workout.
Makes inflating a SUP or Kite a pleasure instead of a hard workout. Inflates a 9ft x 30" x 6" SUP in about 6 minutes, 6m Surfwing in about 5min and a 14m kite in about 8, (Wings and Kites do require an adapter (sold by others)) Only complain I have is that the seal was a bit too thin for my SUP brand's valve. It was an easy fix with placing a small rubber o-ring under the gasket, it would have been nice to get a set of thick and thin washer included with the pump for that. It is a little loud, so do not use at 6am at your camp site, it will wake you neighbours ;-)

Received a defective item
I bought this to blow up an ISUP. Does not work! At first I had hoped to get some thing that plugs into 110 or 120 V… However when I received it was a 12 V. I don’t have a car so my neighbour offered to let me use hers to blow it up. We plugged it into the cigarette lighter and turn the power on and nothing happened. Tried two different 12v adapters and didn’t work. Very disappointing.
