Beautiful item but arrived broken

These plates would have been a beautiful addition to a "Tex Mex" gift basket had they not arrived broken. I was afraid to have them replaced as they arrived in a million pieces. I did not even open the package because when I picked up the box, I could hear the clatter of broken dishes.

What a pleasant surprise! The dishes are more beautiful than I expected. Excellent quality. Microwave and dishwasher safe. My favorites.

Prettier Than the Picture & The Seller Had My Back

I was pleasantly surprised. The plates are nice and solid. The colors are bold and each has a slightly different pattern and color scheme, which is kind of cool. I bought the set of 4, expecting that if I liked them, I would buy 4 more. When they arrived, the bottom plate (I accidentally opened it from the bottom)was broken into pieces. I didn't go through the rest of the box, but immediately initiated a return.. The seller shipped me another set of 4 and told me not to worry about shipping anything back. So now I have a set of 7. One of my 7 has a small chip but it's ok. I would definitely buy again.

great choice

these plates are gorgeous! they're large, thick, and absolutely perfect. i'm so glad i chose this pattern! i was afraid it might be too busy, but the plates are almost too pretty too eat off of! i bought these to go with the tunisian sunset dinnerware, as i need more than four plates at a time. haven't gotten the dinnerware yet, but now that i've seen the plates in person, i can't wait to get the set!!!!!!

Poor quality control by manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded. This video shows a chipped mug and chipped salad plates. To the naked eye, it looks like the finish is starting to break down. These items are part of a set of eight that I bought less than a year ago. In my view, the damage seems related to inferior materials and/or production. Sadly, I can't replace these pieces, which I would be glad to do, if they become available for purchase as individual pieces. Otherwise, I am already considering to purchase a new set of dishes made in Germany, which are know for their durability.

Pretty colors

Colors are very pretty. They aren't quite as bright/rich looking as I expected, but I like them. The soup bowls are my favorite item, good size and they just feel good. Nice for daily use.

The quality and durability

I just absolutely love these plates my friends when they how they are displayed first they ask where did they come from. I didn’t want to act funny but I was scared they might drop them and break my plates!
