Great for limited movement

Love this machine. I have a bad hip and cannot walk for exercise. This allows me to stand in one spot and do upper body while this does the lower body. I started at 10 minutes, now I’m up 45 minutes. It’s helping me to tone while I lose weight.

AWESOME machine

I'm on day 3... I hope it works however, it was easy to assemble. It has 3 different speeds but you can adjust the speed manually. I don't consider it loud when it's shaking your body and it does not move out of place when you have it on the highest speed. I like it and the price is affordable.

Quick little exercise to loosen the whole body for 10-15 minutes.

I’ve used one of these before and this one is not as sturdy as the $5000 machine or even the $2000 I’ve seen from costco that once had it on display. But this does the job. Low cost. Various settings can be applied. Low to high intensity. Time adjustment. Typically it’s set from either 10 minutes to 15 minutes. It has some pre-set routines where it cycles through variations of intensity. Feels great afterwards. And you can run it while just watching tv. The swivel in the center doesn’t do anything for me. I find stepping on the end of vibration plate more intense and less in the center. It has handle bars to hold onto but the sensor does not work for detecting heart rate. The speaker on them are ok but if you have a Bluetooth portable. That’s even better. Speakers are basic. It has a cup holder attached. You can place your phone in but with my iPhone 11 Pro Max with the high intensity it can jiggle its way out and drop the phone. Some people complain it shakes their head or you’ll feel itchy. Just stop and it goes away but eventually you actually get used to it. You’ll notice more you body feeling better

Great product, arrived pretty quickly! VERY easy to assemble, LIGHTWEIGHT easy to move from room to room, and came with great poster of exercises and manual...all in all I LOVE IT!! 100%

Hand sensors didn’t work

Hand sensors didn’t work even though they were plugged in at every connector. Some of the buttons wouldn’t work and couldn’t get to the BMI settings. Vibrates hard and not as smooth as other machines. The setup was easy to assemble

EASY TO ASSEMBLE

Just received it yesterday 08/17/22. For now I can say the assembly part was very easy I did it myself, I was missing some washers . If anyone has any tips on the best way to use it please let me know. I will start using it today 08/18/22. I'm only going to give 3 stars for now because I have not yet used it . But I will review in a few weeks.

Brilliant

Had few issues with missing washers and putting together but arrived very quickly and took 2 people to put together. I love it is so easy to use and very quiet. I rang re missing washers and have been refunded so I can buy myself. Very happy with product I’d highly recommend and very good value for the money.

Good silent running but misleading description and instructions which should be sorted.

The equipment has good silent running capability so even at the high speeds of 160 it does work pretty silently. My item arrived with the box in pretty bad shape but thankfully nothing inside appeared to be damaged. I was missing a screw on the handle but I had no details on how to contact the supplier i.e. no despatch slip with the unit. Assembly of the item was pretty straight forward and I had mine up and running in no time. The instruction manual does not actually match the device. So when it talke about putting into different modes i.e. AU mode etc then you don't actually get a readout on the display giving those modes. When you press the "mode" button it cycles between the "88" on the screen to "00" and then "P1" to "P9". I can't actually see you using the programmes as there is no corresponding description of what they do. Chances are you just set the level to low, medium or high and set the time. I'm not sure what "3900" watts of power from a 2000 watt motor actually means but it sounds like a marketing ploy to make you pick this one over another 2000 watt motor unit. Note the 2000 watt motor produces 2.5 hp (according to the manual). The MP3 speaks are basically cheap speakers that are really not needed on the unit, chances are if you bought this device then you will alread have a good set of headphones or portable speaker/stereo system that you can already use. So in terms of the body fat percentage, I tried following the instructions but it did not correlate to what was being displayed i.e. I pressed the mode button but did not get any of the displays it said I should get. I did manage to work it out that it was asking for your height and weight and if you were male or female and when I put my hands on the sensors it did give me a reading. If you are serious about measuring body fat I wouldn't take what this said as the gospel as it was out by a good bit. So in summary, if you want a silent drive (low hum) 2000 watt 2.5 hp device with a fairly good build quality then this is the device for you. I would ignore all the other stuff that's given as the description of the device (especially the 3900 watt peak power), it would be good if Fitness Direct UK actually tested the device themselves and included some proper instructions rather than what you get with the device. J

Great Supplier and Product

I recieved my item yesterday after some issues with the delivery company through no fault at all with Fitness Direct who have contacted me promptly with any issues or queries i have had. The machine came well packaged with clear instructions on how to build, it took us about half an hour to put together but we do have an excited dog who does run off with things otherwise it would of been alot quicker. I also recieved a guide to the different programmes on the machine and what it does for each part of your body which I found incredibly helpful especially as this is the first time I have used one so needed the guidance. The machine has a good range of speeds varying for a gentle masssage to a powerful jiggle. I was expecting it to be incredibly loud and to my suprise it was very quiet. I struggle doing exercise due to my back not being great and I have issues with my lower legs which are hyper extended at my knees so I find running and doing the cross trainer can bring on cramps and pain in my calfs. This machine causes me no pain at all, I did simple movements so as not to be just stood there. The great thing is you can do pretty much what you want on this machine and it works every part of your body. I have only tried it a few times over the course of yesterday evening and today so cannot say I have noticed any change in my body or my weight but I have done alot of research into this and all seems good so I have high hopes and am feeling positive that I will reach my goal weight and fitness through this and walking. In all this is a fantastic product and fairly priced. I would definately advise people wanting one of these machines to go through Fitness Direct Uk.

Great Fitness tool. Easy to assemble and use.

Great fitness tool to have it in the house. I bought the version with the handles. It was very easy to be set up. My husband and my mother have back pain but doing 30 min a day on Bluefin, resolved the problem. It also helps to loose weight. I placed the fitness plate in front of the TV, so it is very easy and convenient to spend 30 min a day on it. The calories you loose with this fitness plate in 30 min on one of the modes is probably equivalent of more than 10000 steps a day and you don’t have to face the bad weather outside in order to do your daily exercise. The only downside is that the handles of the machine are shaking bit too much at the high speed but if you hold your hands on it this disappears.

Brilliant, but ......................

An excellent piece of equipment. It is really quiet, as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase. Customer Service is excellent. BUT.......Be prepared for a little problem to overcome during assembly. There is a fault in the printed instructions. The contents should include 15 washers to go with the 15 Hex screws. However, only 7 are printed, therefore only 7 are included. These are needed for stability with equipment that is continually vibrating. They are not an easy size to find in a hardware shop. Customer Service were brilliant and sent me a whole packet of bits, but I hope they get this sorted with their manufacturer as soon as possible. Otherwise, very happy.
