no way to register for warranty

Not sure what is going on with this company, but when you go to the page to register the product you can't get anywhere, they say to push on the button but there is no button. Many people have emailed them about this but as far as I can see they do not answer. I just received mine today, I hope the product works better than there responding to questions

LifePro 3D Vibration board Plate Exercise Machine - amazing!!

Just set it up, not sure I totally understand how to control it yet, but I have a hip muscle that is SO tight it caused my lower back muscle to cramp! I sat on it and did some other exercises (beginner) on YOUTube and my cramp is GONE!!! Been battling it all day with Tylenol and icy hot! Four minutes! Sweet!!! Glad to have something that will help this active 64 year old recover!!! My husband is 74 and is interested in trying it - which is hugely surprising since he is of the era of when physical work was your only exercise!! I hope he tries it and gets hooked!!!

Just Three Uses and No More JAMMED HIPS! These Hips Don't Lie! Ecstatic...Truly!

The media could not be loaded. First Off, I have not been paid or compensated with products for this review. This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this. Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly. We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief. Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. (LOW and SLOW) The first time I used it, I was so tight, but it felt like rusty bolts were getting knocked loose inside - I just went with the flow. After my 3rd use, I slept like a baby and woke up absolutely pain-free. Six days in, still no pain. My tight hammies are loosening up more with each use. I plan to add the bands and light weights starting Friday. In the meantime, I am shouting the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate's benefits from the rooftops! One friend has already purchased hers since I bragged ours up and three more have requested the link. I want them to buy this...Why? Because I want them to experience the same results that I have had! I'm a Believer! My husband is a Believer! We both actually LOOK FORWARD to using this machine every single day! When was the last time you said that about exercise of any kind? Trust me, if you have a sedentary job or lifestyle, or just really hate to exercise, you need this machine in your life. Park it in front of the TV...It is so quiet you will not even need to turn the volume up. LOVE to exercise and want to take your workouts to another level? BONUS - Vibration plates are a perfect addition! Huge Kudos (and THANK YOU) to Joel Gottehrer for creating a portable, high-quality product that is made in the USA and backed by a LIFETIME WARRANTY! It's a real help

The first thing for me was I honestly underestimated the 30+lbs which is good but I personally struggled setting up At 75 guess I can't do everything anymore. I am glad it's heavy as it makes the movement more effective. First program at the lowest end is a wow as to how much movement. For me this machine will be a.game changer as I have not been able to get out n walk but seldom do to the north Dakota winter. Not good for anyone. For anyone but a big plus for seniors but if alone get some to do the simple set up if possible n then your off to bettering your health physically an mentally.

The Remote

Well, I haven't able to use the remote! It doesn't work!!! I've put new batteries in but, still don't. I've had knee and hip replacement which mean that I can't bend down while it's on, for safety reasons of course! I've tried calling the company but, no one ever answer. So idk about this company.

I will add to my review after I’ve had it a few weeks

Don’t I have only been on the machine 5 times and I can feel every part of my body getting worked out. Can't wait I have had the machine for a month or more. I will report back then to let you know how I really feel about the workout that I have. I tried all of the settings with the remote control and the remote is really easy to use. anything to add until I’ve had it a while

I love it

I’ve had my vibration plate for 4 months now. It is more effective than I ever expected. My arthritis pain is better than it’s been in many years. I now do most if my strength training on it and the time goes by so fast. I used the mini resistance bands that came with my machine, along with regular bands. I actually look forward to it. It is oddly calming and comforting. So I exercise more than I would otherwise and am growing stronger! I love it!

Very satisfied and happy

I'm 80 years old and very active but with joint issues and osteoporosis weight bearing exercise is difficult so swimming/aquasize is my main fitness routine. Also my husband who has been diabetic for 40 years has taken a sedentary lifestyle to a new level. My 58 year old daughter has the 4D Lifepro and recommended we buy one. Research suggested the 3D is best for seniors so that's what I purchased from Amazon. I find it easy and convenient to use as an addition to my daily routine and my husband is using it daily too. Looking forward to the long-term benefits of regular use.

Simple to use - Highly Effective but sophisticated piece of kit

I bought the Life pro turbo for my 82 year old father. I specialise in Neuro-muscular reprogramming. Basically work with peoples minds and bodies. I researched the product. In many ways it stimulates the muscles more than normal exercises do. It is deceptive. My Father's balance has improved within days of using the machine 10 minutes a day on programme one. He has more awareness of where he is in space. It would even work if used sitting in a chair with you feet on it. he says he feels emotionally happier. The Machine stimulates the hormonal system...stress relief. I have started using it on programme 1 as well. I am 60 years old with 49 years background in karate. I would echo other reviews. Start on programme one and work up. increasing the base area on the standing platform as the body adapts to a more rigorous shake as the feet distance apart are increased. In short 'stick to then programme'. highly recommended product.

Reverse the stiffness from sitting all day

I only used the product for a few days, but I found out that my legs feel a lot better from someone who is sitting at work most of the day. I can see it helping other areas once I learn how to use more functions.

yeeeessssss finally

I bought this as I suffer from both fybromyiaga and rest leg syndrome I had tried the revitive but as I am shall we say a bigger lady I couldn't feel the vibrations at all a friend who is a nurse suggested the lifepro and all I can say is once I spoke to my doctor to ask if it was ok to use I have finally eased my restless leg syndrome and its heaven to be able to sit without my legs jumping and I can sleep at night
