Love the Jacket!

Fantastic rain jacket. It has an inner liner and does indeed have adjustments on the body and legs to keep it a more fitted or loose jacket. My parents have a similar rain jacket and this is one I could not pass it up. It is very difficult to find such a well made product that keeps my baby nice and dry!

Great quality and it is lined for colder weather

Great quality and it is lined for colder weather. I have 2 shih Tzu's one is 19lbs and the other is 22lbs. The medium fits them both perfectly. I can't wait until it snows to really check it out, but seems great so far in the rain.

Not adjustable

The description says that these are adjustable in three different places: the sleeves, the hood and the tail end. The hood adjusts, but the sleeves would only adjust if I rolled them up (not what I would consider "adjustable"). There is no adjustment around the tail end at all. I bought a small and a medium for my two Yorkies. The length is great, but they are so loose around the belly and legs. My dogs constantly pull their legs out of the sleeves and get all tangled up. Buy a jacket that adjusts around the belly. They also don't have leg straps to keep them around their backside. Very disappointed, and I will be sending them back.
