It's what it...

Says it is and works as advertised. It is a bit larger (lever) than the other releases on my bike but fits well and does it's job. I'm not clear why the nut is made the way it is and is also seemingly larger than needed but again, it fits, it works and it looks ok so I'm good with it.

May work for you. Depends on your existing clamp

I had high hopes of replacing the hex bolt on my seat adjustment with this. Unfortunately, I discovered that while this bolt probably works on a lot of bikes it didn't function with my existing clamp. I ended up going to the local bike shop who replaced it with the proper and functioning quick release pin. Additionally, the knurled nut seems to be made of plastic so not sure how long it would have lasted even had it worked. It's much better to purchase the entire seat post clamp (many choices on Amazon) than try to replace just the hex bolt. Check your clamp. If it's shaped like mine then this won't work

It's a clamp bolt, it works

It does what it is intended for. The lever is a bit long but even that I can't complain about cause it is still out of the way.

works great

I was tired of the bolt and double 10mm jam nuts I had on my 1990's vintage Specialize Hybrid. Put this on and it works perfectly. I cleaned the seat shaft and inside the seat shaft tube, no oils, etc. It clamps tight and holds my 230 Lbs very well.

It worked

I was looking for a replacement for the telescoping handlebar height adjustment quick release for.y electric scooter, this part got me back on the road again and still holding up. Good product and a reasonable price

Used for vise clamp bolts on my drill press

I used two of them to clamp my vise on my drill press they work great hold very solid and make it quick release

M-Wave Ventura Alloy Seat Post Quick Release Pin

Before I bought this product, I had a standard bolt/nut. Went to adjust my seat post on a trail but didn't have the right tools. Couldn't tighten down the nut properly. Ended up riding all the way down. Uncomfortable to say the least. Aside from not bringing tools decided to replace with this quick release style. Now, no tools required. Loosen with quick release, adjust and reset pin to tighten. Works great on aluminum frames. My mountain bike thanks you M-Wave for this great option!

Won't work if your clamp is threaded.

I couldn't use this clamp as the screw was too long for my clamp. Also even if the screw was the right size I could use it because the threads don't match with the clamp I have. I would recommend that you get the clamp and screw together which is what I did. It's not worth sending it back. It would cost more for me in postage.

Works good

Used this with my seat post and works great. Now adjustments just takes a few seconds. It provides enough pressure so the post doesn't creep in the frame.

Good quality overall but for 7-8 bucks it better be. Decent if you have an expensive seat on a crap bike.
