Easy to use
I’ve had this for just over a month and so far I love it. The two compartments actually works well. One side is a little bigger than the other. You could easily use one side for recycling if you wanted to. Easy to change the bags too. I would definitely recommend this product.

Easy to use
It is good value product. Motion detection worked well. Lock feature was good. it is good size for kitchen using. Only I don't like is the odd smell always from inside plastic when the trash can open.

Great can
Looks very nice. The brushed stainless finish is very clean and professional. Have it in my waiting room next to our coffee/refreshments bar...auto open function works great. Love the rings that hold the bags in (use 8 gallon bags not 13 gallon bags). Several people have asked for the link on where to buy it. Gonna buy one for my home as well.

The divider DOES come out.
Lots of reviewers said they couldn’t remove the divider, well it does come out. A screw on either side under the lip of the can, remove them and it slides right out.

Looks snazzy. But disappointing.
Pros: This can looks great in a modern kitchen with steel appliances. The motion open lid is nice too. Cons: The center divider makes the can unusable for most U.S. home kitchens. It cannot be removed and makes both sides tiny. My family of four produces more recycling than garbage, but items like a 2L bottle or a standard sized carry out carton are too big to fit in the bins. See the photos of the new bin next to my old bin (of the same size) we were replacing. The motion detection is also slightly wonky. As other reviewers have mentioned, sometimes it opens just by you walking by. I returned this after 2 days of use. Got the next larger version, which is better, but still not great. Until they make the center partition removeable, stay away from these cans.

I have this product for over a week now and I really like it. It is exactly what it says it is: an automatic hands free trash can with TWO compartments. People complaining about not being able to properly use it as a one compartment bought the wrong product and its not the products fault. Both 8 gallons and 4 gallons trash bags fit ok in it. The sensor could be a bit better, sometimes I have to try 2 ou 3 times for it to work and other times it opens with just my shadow passing by, but overall not a big problem.

It would be better if it was easier to empty, if it had internal containers. But so far no other complaints

Overall good item
This is a good enough bin, a bit difficult to clean and the removal of bags slightly uncomfortable until you get the hang of it. Have had a few weeks now and it's still going strong

Works well, but noisy and small.
The media could not be loaded. I'm not sure whether this is easier than just living the lid on your bin. Sometimes the sensor doesn't work, and sometimes if there's a shadow cast over it, it opens anyway. There is a button you can press to lift the lid, which then gives you more time to empty what you're doing, and then you have to press again to close it. This is great if you're an ederly single person household, as its tiny. I'm 5ft1 and its less than knee hight....which also means you have to bend down a fair bit. There are 2 compartments in it, I suppose it could work as a small recycling bin, but you would have to squash all the items prior to putting them in. I hate it, and i hate the noise it makes! But I'm sure my 90 year old granny will love it.
