Very Soft And Warm But Odd Sizing

These either run small or the current stock of them is running smaller than their normal factory sizing. I am not sure how the fitting was created for these thermals but the butt is baggy and waistband very large in proportion to the inseam length. If you have a skinny child, definitely opt for a smaller size. These may actually be ideal for husky boys that are either overweight and/or thicker kids. That said, I put these in x-small on my smaller 7 year old twin boy, who is on the skinny side and a size 7 or 8 boys, and they are short on him hitting at about boot level and being capri type length. My larger twin at 7 years wears a boys size 8 or 10 and is thicker and these fit him in the crotch and rear end a bit better than his brother but they are too short for him. These are soft and not heavy, not the waffle weave type of fabric, but a thinner light weave that breathes and is a great layering item. My son loves them and has worn them enough to require quite a few washings, which has left the thermals in excellent condition. Overall, we like them a lot but be prepared to have enough time to exchange sizes, if need be. Last minute order before a trip etc. could be tricky.

Not for Layering

Bought these for my 7 year old to wear under his pants for school, were they have minimal heating. The photo shows them to be somewhat form fitting, however, these pants are very baggy on my son. He can not wear them comfortably under his jeans and they are not tight enough to really provide body heat retention. So as thermals, thats a fail. We kept them though to use as PJ pants and to wear under his karate gee. The material is very soft and appears to be well made. Just caution if you were intending to use these pants for layering. My son is 135cm tall and about 50lbs.

Nice fit.

I bought these for my 9yo son who normally wears a 10 Slim in pants. These fit just fine. There is plenty of length and enough room in the waste to allow for growth but no so much that they would fall of his hips. He thinks they are super soft and will probably use them for PJs more than as outdoor thermals. Hope this helps.

The fit is loose not like normal close to the skin thermals. There is not a size chart online so I first bought a youth large but way to big kept for later & ordered a medium should be a 10 but still loose & big in size even though my son is skinny most 9 year old kids are so I'm not satisfied with the fit but they are comfy, soft & look well made.

Good quality for the price.

Good quality for the price, they fit my son as expected. I just wish they had a little window in the front for those toilets breaks. My son tells me that they are warm and comfortable. He's happy, I'm happy
