Overall pleased, but...

Overall I am pleased with this product. However, for a soft bristle brush, this specific toothbrush is a little rough on the gums compared to ones I've used in the past. To add to that, I think the extra stiffness is why this brush is SO good at getting between my teeth. I have two specific gaps that are almost unable to be seen, but they are big enough to constantly get food stuck in them. I can FEEL this brush get into those gaps!

Works great!

As you can see I’ve been using this thing haha and it works great! Best toothbrush I’ve ever used so far. Due to family genetics I’m really prone to cavities and gum disease but my dentist said my mouth looks good! I’ve changed the head a few times and it’s super easy. Sometimes it gets stuck because of toothpaste build up and I just run it under hot water for a minute and then it slides right off

After spending almost $400 on both the expensive brands this amazed me!! Cleans just as well!!!

just popped in the batteries and away it went. have used a few times now and no issues. you can rinse the unit off under running water and no issues great for the price.

Everything but...

I love everything about this toothbrush EXCEPT changing the batteries! What a pain in the butt! It is sooooo hard to get the battery compartment open & closed in order to change the batteries! You have got to come up with something easier.

Good buy for the money

I don't dislike anything about the Oral B toothbrushes. I've been using them for years.

Malfunctions every time

While they look much the same as all other electric toothbrushes, they're clearly cheaply made and become faulty within weeks of purchase. Even with full battery, the motor judders and gets stuck. Amazon issued a refund even though the product was out of return/refund period.

A waste of money

The only difference between this £30 Oral B toothbrush and a £8 Oral B toothbrush is the 2 minute timer. Yes you get a different head however that certainly does not warrant the £20 difference.

Lowered Quality

This lacks the handle's contours and texture of its predecessor making it less easily held and manoeuvred. It is also much lighter and feels comparatively flimsy. Another example of Chinese manufacturing's shortcomings and does the Braun brand no favours. And all for about 50% more than the price of its German manufactured predecessor.
