Make pretty desserts!

I love the elegant shapes that are created with this pan, they can make a simple treat like brownies look fancy. I bought it to make Maids of Honour (pastries with a filling) and looked a long time to find a mini bundt pan that didn't create a very deep hole in the center. This pan was expensive but is very sturdy and so far the non-stick surface works well (only used once so far though). It was easy to get the pastries out of the pan and it was easy to clean without scrubbing.

Big hit at parties!

They are just the right size to take to parties or potluck. I almost wish I had 2 of the pans as you get at least 24 out of a cake mix and 19 out of a brownie mix. They are cute and easy to decorate for whatever occasion.

Pricey but worth it.

Used twice already and my bundtinis came out perfectly. I use shortening with my fingers and sprinkle sugar in them for easy removal and so far it worked great. I make sure I clean every area of it before reusing, which takes time but I’ve made lemon bundtinis and also made brownies in it and one stuck a tiny bit but all the others released nicely and came out cute. It’s important to make sure each little area is greased and I swirl sugar in them to coat a bit and they washed up nicely and all little cakes were nicely shaped. I waited longer for the brownies to cool before nudging out. Used a thin silicone spatula for that as I didn’t want to mar my new pan. Glad I bp bought the pan. Have the 6 mini bundt pan too and I follow same process.

Superb brownies

The pan made beautiful little delicious brownies. I used a cleaning brush to gently clean the smaller crevices in the pan and it left it flawlessly clean. Very happy baker!

This is a wonderful little pan!

I have 2 of these pans to bake one regular cake recipe. I use them to make several different flavored cakes to serve as part of a dessert board. Set them out with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, etc., and let everyone make their own! They are the perfect size for this.

Nice Pan with Reservations

This is a nice heavy pan. I have only used it once, for brownies. I don't think I would go through all the effort for brownies again - have other novelty pans with bigger wells that work better. Even generously oiled and floured, I had to pry out the little bundts. Found that a wooden skewer worked very well to get under the cakes. Cleanup was awful - batter got in the little narrow groves between the scallops. I'm very fussy with my pans, and it took quite a bit of time and effort to get the pan back to pre-baking condition. However, they did bake perfectly; lowered the temp. to 325, due to the finish. The wells are smaller than I imagined - approx. 2 1/2" diameter vs. cupcake well of 2 3/4". The footprint of the pan is small enough to fit in the Breville oven; however, the pan has no handle area like the Platinum Collection, so getting it in and out of the oven was more difficult. I much prefer the Platinum Collection over the Pro cast pans. This pan has an aluminum bottom and the top surface is nonstick, dark grey. I will give it another try with a different type batter, but for brownies, it is too much fussing for the results. Cute cakes, but I prefer the size of the bundlette cakes. These cakes are pretty tiny.

Greasing pan

I liked the pan. It’s very difficult to grease and flour which in turn makes it difficult to remove the cakes from the pan. The recipes were good. I have never heard of spray flour. The directions stated not to use oil spray. Too bad. The cakes are cute.

Gotta love NordicWare

I love NordicWare. I always start by making one of their own recipes when I get a new pan. And I always use the baking spray that has the flour in it. So far everything has turned out beautifully. I know they are expensive, but baking is something I really love doing for other people. And I tell my daughters they'll inherit these pans when I'm gone!
