My new favorite pan. The cakes are the perfect size for a small family to have 1 now and freeze the others for later. I get tired of cake before we finish a 10 cup cake. I end up wasting some of whole, big cake. This cake pan, I can have cake and save some for another day. It works or mac and cheese too.

Instead of one regular Bundt cake, these 4 equal the one batch
Love it, 4 smaller cakes instead of one big one ????

Best Little Bundt Cakelets
The media could not be loaded. WOW WOW WOW!!!! I am just getting into quality bakeware and this was worth every penny. It was less expensive on here than the website direct. It was so super easy to use. A few tips use Bakers Joy baking spray and then a light dusting of flour. I followed the recipe that came with it and I had to add an extra 10 mins bake time to let the cakes set. I did the 25 mins plus another 10. Wait and let the cakes cool for 10-20 mins before you place them on the cooling tray and then let the pan air dry. The baked bits will just flake off with your finger. Wipe it clean with a paper towel and then use some soapy water and rinse it out. No need to really scrub at all. I also used a soft bottle brush to give it that quick wash. Not harsh at all and got into the crevices. Not like that really needed to be clean. This little pan is such a gem. Amazing quality and heavy too! This is the kind of product that is heirloom. It also makes you feel so fancy and elegant so effortlessly. I skipped the glaze and just did a light dusting of powdered sugar. Beautiful little masterpieces! Looking forward to more pieces as the years go on. You won’t regret this purchase. If you are on the fence. Get it! Happy baking!

Perfect for the job.
This was my Christmas gift to myself. Merry Christmas and happy baking for the rest of my life. It's beautiful, practical and-seriously-will last for at least two cooks' lifetimes. Quality+++

Amazing
This pan is amazing. I coated it with melted butter and then flour. I made a lemon buttermilk bundt cake from a box. It slid out of the pan soo easily. I put too much butter and flour on the coating. That’s why the cakes have that whitish top. Pretty much nothing stuck to the pan once the cake slid out. Very easy to clean with just water, dishsoap and a sponge. Love how the cakes look like.

Sprayed real good with baking spray, so they popped out easily!
The media could not be loaded. I like the designs. I like how they cooked evenly compared to those silicone things... I just hate how you can only do 4 per pan, so I bought this item two times. It was worth every penny because it is heavy-duty and should last a long long time. But I'm not going to lie, cleaning - is a CHALLENGE with all the nooks and crannies. So I got one of those spikey plastic wirey bottle cleaner brushes/wand and it made my life so much easier.

In love.
This is the cutest pan ever. I have officially fallen in love with Nordic and would love to add more to my collection. The price is actually better than most other sights. The only con I have is that it's so hard to clean. Not a deal breaker. I just purchased a scrubber brush to clean it with.

If You just need one more Nordic Ware Pan this is it!
This Pan is stunning! Love the Gold! Nice size individual cakes about 5 by 3 inches each. Perfect giveaway cake size. You can individualize each cake with different flavours. Buttermilk Orange cake recipe that comes with the pans is good and You can add cranberries to one- blueberries to another etc. Used butter and flour to grease pans just because they are very intricate came out perfectly the first time. I usually just use butter on the other Nordic Ware pans and have never had a problem. The only Con is it’s very easy to get obsessed with these pans I have bought way too many! But I am pretty sure I could not have lived without this one! ????

It's a good Bundt cake pan

Very expensive but excellent quality. Good-looking cakes that need only minimal decoration.
Four small versions of Nordic Ware's Fleur de Lis, Elegant Party, Cathedral and Chiffon bundt tins. Can also vary with different batter flavours and/or colours. It'll always take ages to prep as I'm so anxious about sponge sticking that I coat the tin very liberally (baking spray), and there are loads of nooks and crannies! The Cathedral felt fiddliest as it has more angles. Curves feel easier for the pastry brush. But all four sections unmoulded easily - took 35 minutes at 170 degrees, and cooled in the tin for 10 minutes.* I love Nordic Ware because the patterns come out distinct and well-defined. The sponge has a lovely crispness on the outside (the latter is mentioned as a feature by Nordic Ware in an advert vid). I've eaten cakes where the baker's cut off the crisp edges so that it lacks texture and feels lacking - it's nice to cut open a cake and see the dark line of crispy sponge like a frame. The bundlettes don't need much decoration otherwise their distinct patterns get blurred. On my first go, I mistakenly used too much glaze. Stupidly I kept adding glaze as I didn't want to waste the quantity I'd made. You don't need to fill a vacant section with anything (an Amazon USA reviewer advocates putting in water). I e-mailed Nordic Ware, they replied: "You can leave one side or one cavity empty for baking :) No harm will come to your pan." The instructions for use and care are on the reverse of the cardboard wrapper, plus a recipe for buttermilk orange cakelets: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. [I take that to mean it's not dishwasherable as dishwashers use abrasive chemicals.] I wish the tin had handles so I could hang it up. It's too pretty to be hidden in a cupboard. In summary - excellent tin, recommended. * This worked: Coated tin very liberally with baking spray using a pastry brush. Made a 4-egg lemon batter. Put fruit (blueberries) into cavities - they settle themselves like the ball in a roulette wheel :-) Added all the batter (see photo for level) but I should've left some out as three sponges slightly overgrew. Poked in more fruit. Shook tin to level the batter and do the equivalent of swirling batter in a single large tin. Thumped tin down on a padded surface. Put in oven, 170 degrees (but preheated to 180 degrees). Baked 35 minutes. Cooled in tin for 10 minutes. Inverted tin onto cooling rack, cakes slid out. Decorated after cakes had fully cooled (at least 1 hour).

a good value choice
According to the recipe on the package, the pound cake is really great. The mold is heavy, easy to use, and the only thing is sometimes it's difficult to clean those details, thus you need to use a cotton swab. In general, I will definitely buy another molds.

Brilliant pans, definitely worth the money
Just as described, well built solid bunds pan. Have used couple of times, just spray with PME and nothing sticks, cakes slide out easy giving you lovely shaped cakes enjoyed by all. You get what you pay for, I always buy Nordic Ware, expensive compared to others but will las5 a lifetime if taken care of.
