Stunning design!
It will make you want to bake! I love how all the little details come out in this design! It’s super easy to clean with a small brush. The key is to use quality spray like Baker’s Joy & flour and it literally falls out. Those who post their cakes falling apart need to change their recipes, not to blame this product.

4 years and many failed releases later
We have tried it all oil/flour, butter, oil/Cocoa powder, and multiple recipes over 4 years with this Particular pan and none have released properly. We have 100% release success with all the other bundt pans in our kitchen (most are nordicware too!) so I am finally going to stop trying with this one and invest in a different nordicware pan. Every few months we’d try again with this pan, I’d read troubleshooting and I would come back to reviews here and convinced myself maybe I was doing something wrong. Tried same recipes in another bundt it would release perfectly. Maybe we got a dud, but in case anyone else is in the same situation with this pan and trying to make it work, give yourself permission to give up and go with another one. Save yourselves some broken cake and heartache Ps. We bake gluten free and maybe something about those ingredients doesn’t jive with delicate details of this pan. We cook with gas oven, but as mentioned our techniques all work with other pans so it leaves us to question either the finish or mold of this one maybe it has hot or cold spots and uneven heating? I don’t know, it’s beautiful and wanted to make it work but can’t justify wasting ingredients on making ugly broken cakes

Beautiful but maybe USED...
Upon opening this, I found that it was not packaged well AT ALL, which was concerning because it easily could have been dented during shipping since it only had cardboard to protect it. It also is obviously a returned item as the cardboard sleeve on it was detached, shoved in the inside as you can see in a picture, and the glue that was supposed to stick it to the outside of the pan, was stuck to the inside. Nowhere does Amazon warn I could receive a returned, potentially used item. That is not okay when it is advertised as brand new. The pan is beautiful and sturdy, and I'm excited to use it to make a cake for a friend this weekend, but I am so disappointed in how it came to me because I expect better from Amazon.

I love anything Nordicware. And I love my new pan. I used it for Christmas to make Banana bread. I was a little unsure about baking and not being able to get the bread out without pieces getting stuck in crevices. But the Banana bread came out perfect.

Love this pan
Wasn't easy making a cheesecake in it, but was definitely worth experimenting. Looking forward to making other kinds of cakes in it in the future. Definitely use Baker's Joy to coat the inside. I tried the butter / flour method, but it didn't work the same.

Nice design
Beautiful pan. I'm not sure why the cup capacity is not mentioned in the description. This is very important to customers looking to purchase these products. This 9 cup pan works great if your looking for a smaller pan. I own so many of the Nordicware pans. They last for generations if taken care of. Do no wash these in the dishwasher. Wash in soap and warm water. Before pouring in the cake mixture, oil & flour the pan or use a spray with flour. Fill the pan to no more than 2/3rds the way full to prevent spill-over. After taking out of the oven, wait approximately 10 minutes then turn pan upside down. The cake will come out easily. You will LOVE this pan and design. I'm always looking for new Nordicware designs. I'm just running out of room to store them. :-)

Creates gorgeous cakes, with small enough details to still glaze or frost easily, if desired. Also love that the design is compatible for use at Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, etc rather than spending hours decorating a plain bundt, or clogging up my kitchen with ten different single-holiday themed molds.

Perfekt
Dies ist meine erste Form von Nordic Ware und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Die Form ist wunderschön und qualitativ hochwertig, nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen, günstigen Backformen. Der hohe Preis ist in diesem Fall für mich gerechtfertigt. Der erste Kuchen ist gleich wunderbar gelungen. Er ist eigentlich fast von selbst aus der Form gerutscht. Ich habe die Form natürlich vorher mit Backtrennspray eingefettet und etwas bemehlt und den Kuchen nach dem Backen ca. 10 Minuten im leicht geöffnetem Backrohr stehen und danach noch abkühlen lassen. Das Spülen war gar kein Problem, weil die Form nach dem Backen eigentlich fast sauber war. Etwas warmes Wasser und ein Tropfen Spüli haben genügt, um sie wieder strahlend rein zu bekommen. In den Geschirrspüler sollte man sie wahrscheinlich nicht geben, dafür ist das Material sicher nicht geeignet, aber wie gesagt, das Spülen von Hand war gar kein Aufwand. Da diese Backform auch viel zu hübsch ist, um sie in einem Küchenschrank zu verstecken, habe ich sie jetzt als Deko an die Wand gehängt und werde mein Sortiment sicherlich noch erweitern ...

Peccato che è arrivato in ritardo, poi anche con difetti,si vedono dalla foto.A questo prezzo, no,assolutamente.È arrivato in una busta di plastica dentro la scatola di Amazon, neanche nella scatola originale,se uno volesse fare un regalo, non potrebbe, perché senza scatola.Ho contattato il rivenditore, e mi ha mandato una mail dicendomi che loro non mi hanno venduto niente, che quell prodotto non è il loro,che ho sbagliato .
