I bought this to make a special Keto recipe for my husband and was specifically looking for a pan that was made in USA and didn't have anti-stick coating. I'm really happy with the quality. My only complaint is that the edges feel a bit sharp and would feel nicer if the edges were rounded.

So far so good

I bought the Nordic Ware doughnut pan as I do like and prefer Nordic Ware, especially their Bundt pans. I did try the recipe that came with the pan. The pan itself did what it said...after doing the grease/flour then letting the completed doughnuts sit for 5 minutes, they did release with just turning over on to the rack. Cleanup is also good. What I am concerned about is that the temperature 375 seems to be high as it seemed to warp the pan (I use the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro for all of my baking). I will try the recipe again using a lower temperature since the pan is dark non-stick as they recommend for their Bundt pans. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of the usual 5 stars that I normally give Nordic Ware products.

Nice aluminum non stick pan

Received my pan today. Got to say it was poorly packaged in a plastic mailer with NO padding of any kind for protection. My pan arrived slightly bent, but I was able to straighten it on a flat surface with some manhandling…The non stick really works nicely, Since it's pressed out of once piece of aluminum there are no cracks and crevices to get bits of food stuck in, so cleaning is a breeze. I will be using this a lot and possibly will get a second one! Happy baking with a pan made in USA!!

A Great Gift for The Donut Lover & Baker

Great for baking donuts!

Not Aluminum

I purchased two of these pans since the product description clearly says they are made of aluminum, which heats very evenly in an oven. However, when they arrived, the packaging clearly indicated they are made of steel. The product description needs to accurately reflect the construction, and either Nordic Wear or Amazon needs to correct this immediately. This is false advertising.

Great but..,

The pan is very easy to clean and does a great job baking but.. Here’s my issue. The part of the pan that makes the donut hole should be higher. The top of the baked donuts hardly had a hole - I had to use my finger to punch the hole through. Note that I only filled about 3/4 per the recipes.
