Highly Recommend

I bought this tape for a torn shoulder (torn bicep tendon) when I still needed to play competitive beach volleyball in an ALL weekend tournament. I didn't think it would help as much as it did, but wow. This tape has more elastic/springy quality than KT tape, which is stiffer. Make sure to clean your arm with rubbing alcohol first to keep it sticking all day and ROUND the corners of the edges. I was in the sand and heat and it stayed all day. I kept it on for an extra day past the tournament because my shoulder was pretty bad and as soon as I took it off it was noticeably more sore and tender. It really works. I recommend taking it off in the shower SLOWLY. Look up some videos about taping and have a friend or doctor tape you if possible for the best results. The tattoo print also got lots of compliments.

Best kniesology tape

I’m doing PT for strained muscle in my right shoulder and tendonitis in my right wrist. The PT started using this tape on both my shoulder and wrist. It works. Lasts from 3-4 days;sometimes longer if it doesn’t get too wet. Has helped in my recovery to retrain the muscles.

I really think that this works a bit better than KT tape

Helpful. I really think that this works a bit better than KT tape. I know that they are for different things, but I'm liking this better than KT tape. I say give it a try. I tried it on the recommendation of my PT, so I would definitely work with a professional first.

Caused hives

Dynamic tape has been more helpful for my joints that dislocate than kinesiology tape, but is harder on skin. I take care to not stretch it too much lest it cause blisters — which has happened multiple times. But THIS roll caused an allergic reaction involving hives within 20 hours or so of application. Previous rolls have not. I don’t know if the product changed or if it’s a new allergy, but I can’t use this nearly $20 roll of tape. If you have sensitive skin be careful and probably best to skip this one. Photos are just under 24 hours apart.

Most amazing tape!

This tape is amazing and it gave me my hand back! What I liked most about this tape was how well it worked on the palm of my hand. I discovered that this tape is fairly reusable. It comes off when pretty wet but if allowed to dry, it sticks again. I've taken it completely off twice and allowed it to dry out before sticking it again and both times the same piece of tape stuck very well!

Cute tattooing

The tattooing is really cute. My physical therapist recommended this brand. It does a good job but I wish it stayed on longer. I use it on both of my thumbs so it gets touched and moved a lot. It is very nice though.
