I purchased the scotch box lock packaging tape in a set of 6 rolls several months ago, and overall I have been quite pleased with its performance on my boxes. The tape is strong and durable, making it perfect for securely sealing boxes and packages. The easy-to-use dispenser made it convenient to apply the tape quickly and efficiently without any frustrating tangles or tears. One minor issue I experienced was that the adhesive on occasion didn't stick as well to certain surfaces, especially when there was dust or debris present. However, this was not a common occurrence, and overall the tape held up well during shipping and handling, so unless a box is dirty or has something on the sides to stop the tape for sticking you should be fine. I appreciate the fact that this tape is designed to hold without breaking, which adds an extra level of security when shipping sensitive or valuable items. The 6-roll pack has lasted me several months and is a good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Scotch Box Lock Packaging Tape to anyone looking for a reliable and sturdy tape for their shipping and packaging needs.

Best tape, but expensive
I ship almost 1000 orders per week, tape holds perfectly. Doesnt make any noise when dispensing like other annoying ones that squeak. Just very expensive almost 10$ per roll.

Works fantastic
We just moved a full household from Indiana to Texas. I used this tape for packing boxes. It does what they say, will stick to any box. All the boxes I used this tape stayed sealed. Not one came open. It comes easily off the roll which concerned me but no worries. One trick I found that helps is take a hard plastic item about the size of a credit card, I used a letter opener. …use this to seal the tape and prevent bubbles. I highly recommend this tape. I liked it so much I bought two. You won’t be sorry when your precious items come safe and sound after bouncing across the country.

Great tape. rolls are a tad too big
I have always bought Scotch brand tapes after trying cheaper versions, however this is the first time that the tape rolls will not stay on any of my tape guns. A wrap of masking tape seems to do the trick but it is an inconvenience and should not happen.

Best Box Tape I've Ever Bought
The last thing in the world that I thought I would ever write a review for is shipping tape. But honestly, this is the best tape I have ever bought. The product description is 100% accurate. It sticks to any box, it does not split or shred or peel, and it is always easy to find on the roll. Since almost all boxes these days are made from recycled materials, its vital to have a tape that can stick to whatever surface it comes up against. Awesome product.
