Perfect transition cup minus the leaks

Our baby refused to bottle feed and basically skipped bottles with nipples in favor of this straw cup. This cup gave me freedom and I will forever appreciate it for that. It has been a great cup for him to learn cup drinking skills, the any-angle straw only took him a few tries to learn and he was able to drink milk from it in no time. It is a bit of a pain to clean but the included brush is very helpful and eventually you get used to the process. The reason I docked a star is because after months of use it began to leak - not even sure from where specifically, but the cap in general leaks during use and it was making a big mess. We began to phase it out because of this, and because our kiddo is gaining the skills to use different kinds of cups at this point. I do think this is a great sippy cup but don't expect it to have a long life.

as a mother of 4, these are my favorite cups i swear by

i originally started buying these cups for my 3rd, who wouldn't take a bottle, or a sippy cup, or any other kind of cup but needed to be weened off the boob. with him we never had any issues with leaking, spilling, or anything at all with these cups, they were wonderful. i'm weening #4 right now and he is the same, wont take a bottle, wont take a sippy cup, wont use those 360 'practice cups', and it was really affecting his health because he wasn't getting enough liquids. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THESE CUPS but i know what went wrong so i'm sharing my piece so you can learn from me. my 4th is a biter, and very quickly bit holes in the straw piece, leading to me cutting off the mangled bit of straw on the top since it was eventually going to snap off and become a choking hazard. after that i noticed that backwash was an issue, if i gave him a cup of water with lunch, it would very quickly become disgusting and cloudy because of the food in his mouth. i bought another one of these cups, and for some reason he didn't bite the straw on this one. backwash has never been an issue with that cup. i now know that they sell replacement straws on their website, so if this is an issue you're having then please just replace the piece. these cups can be very finicky if you don't have the straws seal pushed all the way in place, so be sure when you're cleaning it that you're putting it back in firmly, making sure the weight is all the way in as well. the little cleaning tool they give you is more than sufficient for cleaning the straw, and unless the cup was left with juice in it for days and days without cleaning then soap and water should be more than enough to maintain a stain and odor free cup. my little one has recently gotten into hiding things, mostly behind the couch, but for the life of me i cannot find where he put his cup, so i'm here, buying a 2 pack of these babies because i know that nothing else works quite as well. i've tried other brands versions of this weighted straw bottle but none really compare.

Leak proof

This is a great leak proof cup. Started my 6 month on and she has had no problem drinking water from it. At first she does have to suck alittle bit to get it started but seems to not have any issues and she loves it. The cup comes with a tool to clean the straw which is great. The cup locks easily and can't be unlocked by a child because you do have to put alittle pressure on it to unlock it which is great as well. Color is as picture shows. overall good cup

Great Product But Sent Wrong Color

I really like these sippy cups. My daughter can easily hold the handle and the straw works well. No learning curve. They're pretty easy to clean too. I ordered a pack of two (pink, orange). I already have pink and purple. I was hoping to add an orange one so I can better differentiate them. Unfortunately, I got pink and purple so I don't get to benefit from the color variety. Still good quality cups though.

Straw is kinda dangerous for teething baby...

The straw took apart after only a few days of use. When my daughter was drinking water, I found that she seemed to be chewing something in her mouth. When she opened her mouth, I found the broken part of the straw. Fortunately, I found it in time. It was too dangerous for teething baby. It is not that easy to clean and the cap for some reason hard to close tidily. But the price is pretty good.

A nice surprise

I order the pink (electric) and got this nice soft pink instead and was so thrilled at the mistake! I had this cup for baby #1 and it was great so I ordered a new one for #2 (7mon) and she got it after just 1 day! It’s BPA free, has handles, is lightweight and can take a real beating from being thrown. No regrets.

Not exactly leak-proof but good.

It’s not exactly a leak-proof product. Does spill a little while the baby tries to hold it and stuff. But its baby friendly. Easy to hold and sip water from.

Very durable

Im a big fan of muchkin products and this one is another big hit. My bb loves drinking from it. He is a little biter and nibbles on the straw often but till now no damage to it. He throws it almost everyday and still no crack or chip. Its a very good quality product like all other Muchkin products
