5 months later, doesn't work anymore.
This was very convenient when it worked..I had the front light charging 3 days last week at lunch time, a total of about 3.5 hours in the Florida sun. I went for a ride this evening and thankfully realized before I got too far that the front light kept going out, ended my ride early. Definitely disappointed. I keep my bikes inside the garage, this light has had zero chance of being rained on. I will try to charge it with the cord but a huge waste of money for the price.

poor charge longevity
The aesthetics, setup, and ease of use with this light is great. I am giving it 1 start due to battery longevity. I bike commute to work 80 minutes per day and on the lowest setting the rear light does not last even when fully charged. Having to re-charge daily is not great for true commuters.

v clever; epecially solar charging panel; that’s such a fab design
nothing; i think its a fab fab product. the eay both lights use magnets to connect to the holders much better than the rubber bands many lights use. 6 stars!!!

Unreliable
I could not for the life of me get these things to work well for any length of time. The charge just doesn't last and the light starts to fade rapidly. I was incredibly excited for them and even got rid of my battery-powered lights prematurely. Now I have this set that's unreliable, when bike lights are something that must be in working order. Disappointed.

Not as a bike light…
Got it from a subscription box and wasn’t really planning on using it. Until I saw how the tail light assembly. This is perfect as a pet light at night when ket out into the yard. The rear red light bracket fits on the dog collar without obstruction and I can attach/remove the light easily. It works well because it’s lightweight and small form factor. One thing I wish it had was a way to turn it on/off remotely, either with a separate fob or app.

Good so far! Edit: brake light battery sucks. Charge before every use
I love the design but battery sucks. I charged it, worked fine for short sunset bike ride, next day, brake battery died midway through short bike ride. Charge before every use if you still wanna use it

Super easy to install and use bike light
I removed an old bike light to install this new one and immediately realized that this "LUCI" bike light is much easier to connect than my old one, so that was the first plus! Then, my old light, like a lot of lights, was battery powered and, in fact, had odd-shaped batteries that made me think twice about even turning on the light. I didn't want to have to worry about replacing the batteries. So, after the super-easy installation of this LUCI light, the fact that I can charge it either with sunlight or a USB cable makes it far more likely that I'll use this light. The light components do connect with magnets, which seem quite sturdy. The magnets also allow you to remove the taillight and snap it into the headlight for charging. The taillight charges while connected to the headlight. My one cautionary note is to check on the space you've got in your bike's seat post, where the taillight is attached. Usually, I prefer to ride with a fairly low saddle, which means I had to slightly raise my saddle to fit the taillight. Not a big issue, but it is something to consider if you ride with a low seat.

Easy to install front light, need long seat post for reverse light, wide beam, not super bright
This is a easy to install bike light. For the front light you wrap & stretch the elastic band to fit your handle bar so this is tight enough to hold in place. This has 3 places on the band for tightness. The red rear light installs in the same way with a square rubber band around your seat post. This requires you seat post to have at least 3" of space for this to mount. It also will only mount vertically. There is only 1 size of band & the band is not adjustable. You do get 2 of these incase 1 breaks. You may be able to loop this on the back of your bike helmet if you can't find a good place on the rear of your bike. Both lights are held into their holders by strong magnets. Although this has not happened to me yet with these lights, there is the possibility of them getting jarred loose & falling off with a hard bump or fall. The rear light charges by being connected to the front light. You can use a USB charging cable (included) or via solar. The power button will have a red led when charging & will turn green when fully charged. The rear light at full power lasts less than an hour before it goes out. I think their listing of 3 1/2 hours at low is correct. Both lights have 3 brightness levels & flashing. As these are not really mounted to your bike I would take the lights off of the bike if you leave your bike so they are not stolen. (can leave the mounts, just take the lights & stick in a pocket) The front light provided a wide flood light beam & is not focused in front of your like most bike lights. With this the power of the light in front of you on the road or path is not that bright, even on full brightness (but it does lightly light up everything, not just directly in front of you). As this is small & light you can also use this for night walks to carry in your hand so other can see you from front & back. Outside of the front light not being lensed to better focus the beam, this is an easy to use night time for your bike as long as you are not out all night.
