To large to fit

The ignitor seemed to work and have plenty connections for ignitors however the housing was to large to fit properly on my grille. Sent bsck for a refund

Fit perfect to my Charbroil grill

I buy this one as replacement of the original, that Only work a couple of times. So I hope this one be more durable. It fit perfect, easy installation

It is good.

Very well made to last. Works well. Produces a nice strong arc. However, I would like to see rubber plugs on the unused lugs to minimize arcing and corrosion. - 1 * for no plugs.

Can retrofit to adapt to kitchen aid five burner

Needed Kitchen aid replacement for 5 burner not available for my model [age I guess] Use the coupling wire provided I clipped the ground wire off old unit attached to coupling wire plugged into new unit attached ground wire to grill and completed circuit. Easy fix

Make sure your grill is usable before you purchase.

Well I went out to use the grill and it would not spark. changed the battery and still no spark. That told me it was time for a new igniter. This wasn't the exact replacement for my grill but it worked. Then I decided to power wash the grill and when I was done all of the rust failed to hold it together and my grill was beyond repair, this time. I had rebuilt it once before but this time not enough good metal remained for the effort. I will and have saved this ignoter for future use.

Easy replacement for broken igniter

My Charbroil grill igniter stopped working and I don't like to use a match or lighter to light it, so had to get the igniter replaced. But before determining if it was the igniter module or switch, I tested switch with a meter, and the igniter with a jumper wire, (be very careful when doing this). Suggest if the switch is working, then by default the igniter module is broken. I ordered the replacement, it came complete with instructions, jumper wire and 2 battery cover options to fit your needs. The only issue I had was one of the pins was bent to the side and I had to bend it back into place so I could connect the wires. After that, the rest was easy and it worked just like it was supposed to! I've shown the original and replacement in the pictures as well as what happens when you connect the Jumper wire (see why you need to do this with caution!). Overall, if your igniter is broken and your switch is working, this is the perfect replacement part.

Brings BBQ back to full function

Good fit for an item that Charbroil discontinued. Bit of an overkill for my two tube model but I get a good spark. My unit is an “infrared” so had to be partially disassembled to use a BBQ flame wand.
