Meh. Better options at more affordable price.
I purchase this chair to help alleviate my lower back pain. This chair does that however my lower back pain is replaced with extreme discomfort in the posterior. I found cushion is very stiff and narrow for me. I wish the cushion separation were more adjustable. I pushed them apart as much as possible and it helps but adjustability is too limited. In addition, I had issues with the back rest constantly sliding down no matter how much I tighten the know. Customer service was a joke. Spent a weeks time corresponding with them, providing proof of purchase, details, pictures to final get "well you can send it back at your cost and we will take a look". No thanks. Considering the are more affordable, better options, it is more practical to simply replace the chair. I have 2 Antulu Saddle Stool in the office, which I find more comfortable, is half the cost and offers better customer service. Disappointed.

Seat Cushion too Hard
Great chair, very functional, performs as advertised except for the fact they fail to mention that the cushion in the seat is extremely hard. Don't get me wrong, it has some give to it, but not nearly enough! Generally speaking, work chairs have a bit more cushion to it than this one has. I've been using it for months at a standing desk and after a couple hours I have to stand up to take the pressure off the back side and let the blood start flowing again. Did I mention the seat cushion is hard? I like how the chair makes me sit up straight and that has helped with my posture and upper back pain but now I have keister pain. Well, it goes numb, then when I get up - pain when the blood starts flowing again. If the seat wasn't unendurable for more than an hour or two at a time I would wholly endorse you get one! But, alas, try to find one where the seat cushion has more give to it. I've sat on horse saddles with softer padding. Oh yeah, for you gentlemen out there, be sure to get a 'split seat' designed saddle chair. If you don't, it will put pressure in a rather sensitive spot you don't want THAT kind of pressure. Don't ask me how I know.

Good for Short Sittings. Causes Todger to Loose Circulation.
I've had this chair for about a year. It actually causes loss of circulation in the groin area lending to your male anatomy going off line for a spell. I've googled this and you don't want that. Can lead to ED. I'm large at 6, 5" 250 and the saddle on this is still too big. I do pretty well with normal bike seats. Also after a while the seat starts to bend over. Didn't work that well for me all told. Sad because I've spent days trying to find an acceptable office chair in a world of mass produced garbage.

Breaks after short while
Same breaking point at another reviewer pointed out.. I am not saying I did not sit down hard or put all of my weight on the overhang portion, but it did not withstand (I have an athletic build, ~100kg). This was after 4 months of daily usage, and I am honestly unsure when it may have broken, could have occurred months ago. Being a cyclist I wanted to try out a chair that was similar, as well as aiding to not having a thigh gap and having the legs forced apart which is near impossible for standard gaming type chairs with arm rests that block. After the initial adjustment period it did prove to be what I wanted to try out, just the quality is lacking. Another reviewer also points out that the back rest slides down easily, this is more from attempting to lean back with it maladjusted.. it actually finds itself in the right lumbar location by itself, but it can slide around.. the air cylinder commonly self adjusts, and it does ride on a point and combining the clearance gap of the piston to the cylinder makes the entire thing slightly wobbly, but never unstable for me.. This was more of a trial of the style of chair before deciding on possibly trying out the top tier brand.. and it was good for just that. You certainly can't lounge in it and watch youtube videos all day, but if you have an active desk, such as doing electronics or lab work, then it could work fine, but there is a common failure point which should shy most people away.. I will continue to use the chair even with the failure, as it doesn't seem catastrophic (yet) until I want to spend the big bucks on a better model.

Better than $300 Kanewell - Twin Tiltable Saddle Stool
I admit that what I find comfortable may be different from others. I have used the $300 Kanewell - Twin Tiltable Saddle Stool for a few months and was relatively happy with it, and I wanted to buy another split saddle stool to use at work. I found the Master Massage Berkeley Ergonomic Split Saddle Stool for half the price of the Kanewell and decided to give it a try. What follows is my comparison: The Berkeley has more cushion on the seat which I find much more comfortable than the Kanewell. When I first assembled the Berkeley, I noticed that the seat is significantly less contoured than the Kanewell. I assumed that this would be a negative since the deep contours of the Kanewell appear to be more saddle-like. However, the Berkeley seems much more comfortable! I am not sure if the added cushioning of the Berkeley is the primary comfort factor or if the reduced contour plays a role. That being said, the only benefit I see to the Kanewell is if you are want a split saddle stool to use at close to standing desk height. Since the Kanewell seat is more contoured, your legs go out to the side more than to the front which allows you to sit much higher compared to the Berkeley. I plan to sell my Kanewell and purchase another Berkeley.

More comfortable for male anatomy for sure.
The split chair design was more comfortable for me than the solid saddle seat design. However, the chair base buckled within two weeks. Fortunately, being a Amazon Prime item, the return process was relatively painless, and I received the replacement quickly. However, I made two modifications. I used a new base that was rated for more weight, and I replaced the wheels with the smoother rolling inline skate wheel kind. So far, the solution has held up for 2 months now.
