Great for the price

Nice quality lunge line.

This is my new favorite lunge line. It's sturdy, but pliable for attaching to bridle and/or bit. It 's not a heavy line, but has enough weight/feel to immediately release any pressure you may be applying to your horse bridle/bit and my horses get an immediate positive feed back as they soften, etc. I wear light weight leather gloves when I lunge, and this line has smooth edges and a good width so I there is a nice feel in my. A good product at a fair price.

Does the job

As described. Good value. Put in a medium size mesh lingerie laundry bag and wash before use. Makes it more comfortable to hold and your vibrations/aids on the line more clear to the horse.

Sturdy thick line

Good solid lunge line. Definitely wear gloves when using. Sturdy clips.

Great length, but really tough, rough cotton

Length is perfect. Snap works great. BUT, the quality of the cotton is quite poor. I work with hunter/jumper horses, and when they get frisky on the lunge line, I have to let out a lot of line at once OR get strong and keep them on the lunging circle. This lunge line has torn up my hands so many times. Rope burn, cut up my palm, rubbed my fingers raw. Get yourself a padded cotton line - worth the extra $.

Couldn't Ask For More

This lead is perfect. The buckle is solid (thick & sturdy). The material itself is nice and thick cotton, not a flimsy thin nylon lead. I was a little hesitant ordering something that I hadn't seen the quality of, as my recently adopted dog is a strong puller and I wanted it to be able to run him in open fields without worrying that the buckle will snap/break and he'll take off. Once I received it, my worries vanished. This is great quality of both the lead and buckle. So far I have used it in wet weather, cold weather, and sunny weather, and have not noticed a difference in performance. Now super cold Cdn winters might be a different story, but I don't forsee any major issues - so far so good, my dog has even chewed on it in the beginning and you wouldn't even be able to tell. The handle is not padded but because it is thick it doesn't seem to be that bad - I've used it both with mitts and without. Only thing would be if it came in a darker color as it gets pretty dirty with the grass/dirt etc...but that's not a deal breaker. You will not be disappointed with this lead - whatever you use it for (dog/horse).

Excellent product

Excellent. A pure cotton classic lunge line. It is 100% cotton and NOT polypropylene or nylon. This line in our view is far superior than anything else out there. Quality made with sturdy clip/swivel. So difficult to find, but this is a well made genuine article. So good - we’ve bought another!

OHMYGOSH!

I love this line! I have a medium sized dog who runs like a deer and pulls on the leash like a horse! This line enables me to let her run, but I have control with the line. When I want her to walk quietly with me she has gotten to know that when I gather in the line, it is time for serious walking. I would recommend this for anyone looking to control a head strong horse or dog. A great lunge line and a great leash. Which ever you need. For me, it is both.

Sturdy

We are using this as a line for our 9 month American Akita puppy. He's a bit of a beast so having this to take him for exercise is great. He has 30feet to run and when it got dirty just a soak in some hot water and oxi clean and most of the dirt washed away. (It gets dragged through mud, puddles, and snow) so I didn't expect it to be white again.

Great and durable lunge line!

I enjoyed this product! I use it for lunging my horses and I find it’s great! Obviously it’s a bit cheaper than what you’ll find in the tack stores but really… it does the job and it’s fantastic for what I need it for! Just a quick lunge session here and there.
