Contrary to the questions answered, it is not filled with styrofoam beads
This item is stuffed to a hard outcome, a pillow type of polyester spun fill, such that it chokes you when using it, and it not lightweight either. Please revise your incorrect question/answer, it is NOT filled with the loose styrofoam beads, which is why I ordered it. I wouold return it but it was a gift and the person who received it threw it to the garbage.

So grateful for this. It saved my back
I had surgery and had to sleep in an elevated position. For the first few days, I slept on multiple pillows but my back and neck were in severe pain. It was worse than the pain caused by the surgery. After a few days, I ordered this online and have been sleeping on elevated pillows with this to stabilize my neck. My neck and back pain are gone. It is a very comfortable pillow that I am certain I will continue to use even after my recovery.

The neck pillow is built high quality, but I find it too hard for my taste. Quality wise 5/5, comfort wise 2/5 if you ask me.
