Not as nice as my previous one
It's a little more stiff and more bulky when deflated than my previous one from Magellan's, which is still going strong, but I wanted a back-up. Would somebody please post pictures or a video showing how to cram it into the zippered pocket? Usually that involves turning the item inside out, but it doesn't seem to want to go in there. Thanks.

exactly what I was looking for!
I wanted an inflatable pillow that folds down and easy to pack, had the removable sleeve that I can throw in the wash and was soft and comfortable. This met all of my needs and exceeded them with the ease to inflate. This literally inflates in 2-3 breaths - so easy compared to most of this style (others that I returned after trying this one out). I usually roll this up and pack it into the "media pocket", however, the inflate/deflate valve is on the opposite side, so it is a bit cumbersome when rolling it up and getting all of the air out. However for the cost of this item, you can't beat it, and my complaint is seriously negligible. one note: the first pillow I purchased of this kind did not hold air longer than about 20 minutes (woke up very uncomfortable on the plane) but once off the plane I contacted amazon customer service and had a replacement shipped out to me via one day delivery and was replaced before my return plane flight. the second pillow holds air just fine.

A wonderful, comfortable pillow in many ways--if only it would stay inflated!
I actually love this pillow, which I purchased last month as a replacement for an older model I had lost. Like its predecessor, it would be perfect for my needs--if only it had retained the air that makes it a pillow! I carefully packed and carried it on just two round-trip flights. The first two-hour trip, it was five-star, fit my neck well, and the removable, washable cover was comfortably soft, as expected. I also like the wide, easy-to-inflate opening--another reason I chose this brand. The second trip, however, it started losing air, apparently at the inflation valve, and required frequent reinflation on the flight. Very disappointing. It's useless for future use. I prefer an inflatable pillow for travel and have had a number of lower quality, cheaper or less comfortable kinds over the years. Of course, none are designed to last long term, but this one was not cheap. Even so, it would have been a worthwhile investment if it actually lasted more than a month.

Good neck pillow but redesigned
Good neck pillow, adjustable depending on how much air you put in to it. They have redesigned it. My wife just got one and we don't like the new design as well as the old.

A Must-Have for Those Who Fall Asleep on Long Car Rides
I always fall asleep on long car rides. It never fails. In fact it's a running joke that my husband takes the wheel during long road trips and I abandon him for dreamland halfway through the trip. When I had my Navigator we had pretty ample interior space so bringing a few pillows wasn't really a big deal. However, when we traded the Navigator in for a Pathfinder I realized just how much I took all of that interior space for granted. There is no way to comfortably bring two full size pillows along on road trips in that vehicle. Since getting that vehicle I've been either stuck with a sore neck from my head tipping to the side and against the window while on a road trip or left trying to find a way to support my head with the seatbelt (kind of like a sling pillow) hoping to avoid a massive neck ache and resulting migraine. Then the chance to review this came and we had an upcoming ride to the Mayo Clinic 4 hours from our home and I thought this might be the solution to my problems. I am very satisfied. The pillow isn't perfect. I'd like it to be more plush in terms of the fabric. But it definitely offers ample support and my head doesn't roll to the side when I fall asleep in the car. It definitely saved me from a major neck ache on this most recent trip. I also like the fact that when it's not in use I can just deflate it and put it in the glove box so it doesn't take up any space when not in use. I was seriously thinking of trading in the Pathfinder for something larger again, like another Navigator or maybe an Escalade this time, but now that I don't have to deal with a stiff, sore neck and the resulting migraines I would get from them I am a lot happier with the Pathfinder. I wish I would have gotten a pillow like this a long time ago. It literally would have saved me quite a few headaches.
