I made two purchases at the same time I ordered this box. The first purchase was for the "IPRIMIO Cat Litter Scooper with Deep Shovel" and outside of those boxes, this shovel was THE. BEST. PURCHASE. EVER! The second, as you probably guessed, was for the "PetFusion Cat Litter Box Large (the BetterBox - set of 2). NON-STICK Coating for easier cleaning & superior hygiene. Litter pans made of stronger ABS" (search the entire term in quotations and you'll find the product). These litter boxes, a lot like the scoop, were the best things I've ever bought! I mean... it's rare that a full order has ZERO disappointments. In this case, I couldn't stop talking about everything I loved!! So, with the boxes, NOTHING STICKS. And I do mean _NOTHING_. =D With the scoops, there's nothing that CAN stick. Nothing that can stay behind! Its deep trough, its long handle, the weight of it, it's just all done RIGHT! Worth EVERY PENNY I paid ($12.95 for the scoop // $60 for two of the boxes), and possibly more. I just couldn't be happier! To try and elucidate (and stop saying the same five things over and over again ;D), I tried to put into words what was so awesome about the kitty boxes. I mean... they're litter pans, not a dog-eared copy of Middlemarch or like, some masterpiece of Swiss or German engineering! And then... then I thought, well, they are someone's version of engineering! A company called Pet-Fusion, as a matter of fact, a small company founded in 2010 with three goals in mind (from their website: https://pet-fusion.com/pages/more-about-petfusion): 1. Designs that seamlessly blend into the home yet are uncompromising in their functionality 2. An exceptional level of quality in both product materials and construction 3. An affordable price while still doing both of the above And that's the thing! These boxes, made of TRULY nonstick high-quality ABS material, are FLAWLESS. They have no real corners (I mean... there are corners, but they're rounded) which helps clumps slide effortlessly away! The material is -- as I said -- STICKPROOF. Nothing stays attached, leaving cleaning an absolute BREEZE. The material is non-porous, as well, meaning the odor of both urine and feces aren't going to stay behind even though your box is clean! I was a bit concerned about the low rise in the front of the box (leaving the kitties to kick litter everywhere!). It's a problem, but no more so than with any other box we've owned. Actually, that's not quite true. Because the surface is non-stick, there's really nothing for that litter to clump up against (outside itself), so that does tend to mean they can kick more out, but.. it's a trade-off I'm willing to make! Honestly, I'd rather have a few swoops of a broom (to clean the litter up off the floor) than trying to chip out wet or dried urine soaked pee bricks! Yeesh! The truth is, I could go on and on and on about Pet-Fusion. So enamored with these boxes (and that scooper) am I, that I would consider making a purchase of every single product they've manufactured (with an eye out for future endeavors)! And it's not like I haven't purchased other things (I'm the proud owner of two of their lounges (that I mounted for the boys -- and they ABSOLUTELY LOVE!). I'm BEYOND happy with their stuff and will continue to be a customer for long long the future. I haven't had the chance (or a reason!) to utilize their customer service, so I don't know how a return or a request for help is met, but I can only imagine that they do everything they can to assist their customers in whatever way is required! If I do, however, need help in the future (or hear from them in another way!), I will absolutely update this review! In the interim, though, I'd really recommend -- especially if you have kitties you LOVE! -- that you run out and buy both of these things! =D Tell 'em Jen sent ya! ;)
