Slept like a baby for the first time in a month!
I am in the second trimester (21 weeks) and recently found myself having trouble sleeping. I have to sleep on my sides with a mountain of pillows…which worked at first, but lately I found myself waking up many times HURTING- my hips, my back my arms HURT. My sister recommended this snoogle. I slept so well and didn’t wake up! I also love using it for just chilling, it supports my back! Worth every penny

Not perfect, but I'm a believer
I bought the original pillow at first, and brought it to Beijing where I was living. Was about 4.5 months along at the time and the first night I used it, I could feel a huge difference waking up the next morning. My back felt happy and aligned, my knees/hips weren't sore and I had slept better overall. Couple months later we found out we were moving back to the States, so I sold the pillow knowing we wouldn't have room in our luggage for it. By then i was about 7 months pregnant and the few nights I spent without it were so uncomfortable they convinced me to order another one so it'd be waiting for me as soon as I stepped off the plane. This time I sprang for the jersey cover, which definitely increases the snuggle factor on the pillow by about ten times. MY USE CASE (OR WHY IT WORKS SO WELL FOR ME) -I'm 5'4" and have had a very normal first-time pregnancy. I'm also generally a very good sleeper -I like to start the night on my side but invariably end up sprawled on my back, which doesn't work for pregnancy. With the snoogle, I could start on my side but the pillow would curve behind my back and keep me from turning onto it. -It took some trial and error to figure things out but it always turned out best to curve the pillow behind me (much like the main product picture). -I have never used any of the other pregnancy body pillows so can't compare products for you, but I could see how for a woman much taller or shorter, the snoogle might not work as well. I already felt sometimes the pillow was a tiny bit too long. I've learned to tuck the bottom end under my belly, have the bottom curved part go between my knees then run up nice and flush along my back, and then I tuck my shoulder under the bend at the top and pull the remaining length of pillow around for my arms to kind of hug. This has become my default position. -at 8+months, sometimes I swirl it up like a snail shell and lean it against our headboard to sleep inclined. This works well too. CONCERNS Honestly, this pillow has made sleeping so easy this pregnancy that's its hard for me to think of faults. That said, here are some stray thoughts: -the quality. Some have complained about this, but I find no problems with it. The stuffing does get a little looser/floppier after consistent use, but not in a way that has rendered the pillow ineffective (we'll see if this is still the case if I try to use it for a second pregnancy). I beat the pillow up quite a bit too and my husband also uses it throughout the day to support his back while he's working on his computer. We also lump it up and take it in the car when we travel every weekend to see the in-laws. -the price. I agree that the product is a bit overpriced for the materials it's made of. If you splurge and get the jersey cover, it drives it up to just under $70, which I had trouble justifying at first. Having said that, I have not once regretted spending the money (even for the cover, which really does make the pillow extra-cuddly) and would gladly buy another one. In the end, it's hard to put a price on good sleep and a happy back. I can only hope the price reflects more than the materials, and is also meant to cover the thoughtfulness of the design.

Sleeping soundly is worth the price.
I'm slightly sorry to add another 5 star log to the fire, but I really do love this pillow. Before I purchased it, I was having trouble getting a decent night's sleep with any number of other pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. all packed around my body, between my arms and legs, and under my neck. I didn't want to like such an expensive pillow that looks so ridiculous on the bed, but it's been fantastic. I'm 5'6" and 32 weeks pregnant, and I can wrap the top end under my neck and cuddle it with my arms while still having the bottom end between my legs and under my stomach. For the first time in my life, I am sleeping without covers or sheets over me because my stomach feels protected by the pillow. However, it may also be keeping me very warm at night - my husband gets all cuddled up under the covers because I have to have the AC on to keep cool enough to sleep. It never occurred to me that the pillow might be the culprit until I read some of the other reviews. Either way, it's well worth the temperature adjustment. As one other reviewer mentioned, it can be a bit of a struggle to turn over at night. I've got a routine going for when I want to lie on my right side for a while, but it takes some effort to unlace the pillow from between my legs and then redo it. Also, getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom when the pillow is between you and the edge of the bed can be challenging. The loose end of the pillow once flopped out and knocked my glass of water onto the floor, thus making sleep difficult for a while as I cleaned up. All told, I really do love this pillow, and it's going to be tough for me to give it up when pregnancy's over and I don't have an excuse to let it take up half the bed anymore. In the meantime, I'm going to keep snuggling for all it's worth and appreciating that I'm a rare pregnant woman without trouble sleeping.

Game Changer!
I am 16 weeks pregnant and haven’t been sleeping well for the last two weeks. I tried getting the smaller body pillows, but they didn’t work or even caused back pain. This pillow was the top rated on the What to Expect App, so I figured I’d try it. It wasn’t as expensive as some of the other body pillows. It is an absolute game changer!! I am finally sleeping soundly and comfortably. I think I read some reviews that said it was too much in the bed with another person, but honestly it’s not! And my husband likes it because I don’t encroach on his side. I highly recommend this pillow! It is a little awkward with this pillow and trying to also use a regular head pillow, but I suppose you don’t need a regular head pillow with this. I absolutely recommend for the price!

Love my Snoogle!
This pillow has been awesome! Don’t think I’d be sleeping good this pregnancy without it! Definitely worth the money!! I think I bought it around 13 or 14 weeks to try to train my body to not be able to sleep on my back anymore. I’m 35 weeks now and it’s still as comfy as day one! I chose this one because it’s “skinnier” then some of the other ones out there, and it fits great in our queen size bed (husband doesn’t mind it, or feel like it’s taking over his side). I’m also able to “get out” of it fairly easily in the middle of the night when it’s time to pee. Love my “Snoog!”

Stop looking - just order it now!
Can I give this 6 stars? After a few months of use I cannot tell you enough how amazing this purchase is. If you are overwhelmed by how many options there are for pregnancy pillows (sizes, shapes, fabrics, etc.) just STOP and buy this now. This pillow and I have become one. I am now 7 months pregnant and it is still giving me the exact amount of support I need - it requires a fluff every now and then (I use it very often) but it’s very easy to get it back into shape. I have yet to experience any pain in my back or shoulders for this pregnancy and I give full credit to this pillow. Easy to wash, super soft and moldable to any support you need.

Amazing for pregnancy back pain & to help side sleeping
I was looking for a long body pillow to help me sleep on my side during pregnancy as I’m a natural back sleeper and this has done just that! It keeps me from rolling over and I’m able to sleep the night through on my side which is safest for my baby. It has also helped a ton with my horrible pregnancy back pain. I can’t say enough good things.. wish I had ordered sooner! I was worried it would be too soft/flat further to some other reviews but it is firm, which I LOVE, and rarely requires fluffing. It hasn’t deflated in any places yet either. Also, I am 5’8” and find the length is great. Bonus - my dog loves it so I’m sure it will get plenty of use after my pregnancy as well.

Hate this thing
I absolutely hate this pillow. I can’t get comfortable with it and toss and turn all night. Only buy it if you sleep strictly On your side and never wake up or move at all ever during the night. Find it also kinks my neck and one night the zipper was even digging into the skin on my neck as it had twisted itself around me.

A God send for my pregnant wife from 1st trimester
I researched these a LOT. Between my healthcare worker colleagues there were various ones we all used. I went for this one, and my goodness my wife could not be happier. She used this from her first trimester and now 2 weeks from our due date, she loves this more and more. Does not smell bad, it’s soft but firm enough, and really supports her. A saviour!!!! Cannot recommend this more.

Not comfortable and very bulky
So i really wanted to love this, but I just couldn't. I did a lot of research and found this was top of many review lits. I'm not sure why... It's bulky, the material isn't soft and worst of all, you can't even use your own pillow with it. I struggled to find a comfortable position where I felt support in the back and on my belly. While using it as a head pillow like you're supposed to, I woke up with a very sore neck and my ear hurt. I ended up getting something else at half the cost that is velvety, let's you use your own pillow and is much more supportive.
