Good but not great.
I loved this when I first got it. It did help me stay on my side during sleep while pregnant for a while. I had a problem with acute pain in my hips and kept rolling onto my back every time I fell asleep. As back sleep is not recommended during the part of pregnancy, this was a problem. I like that this pillow allowed me to roll from side to side without rearranging all the pillows and bedding. The problem was that after a few weeks I got so big that crawling in and out of it (it's huge) was increasingly difficult. Eventually I went back to the long skinny noodle pillow. Post-pregnancy I use one-half of it prop myself up in bed or sleep on an incline when I have acid reflux, so it wasn't a total waste. It's also worth noting that if you have anything smaller than a king sized bed, you, the pillow, and your partner are not going to fit. You'll have to kick the hubby to the couch or get a bigger bed.

Perfect for me.
Great however does not come with pillow case so I sleep with a sheet over this. Works perfectly to align my body and alleviate back pain. I ordered this after trying the back n belly chic pillow and was not satisfied. This so much larger than it looks in the picture. I have a king size bed and my husband barley has a spot to sleep. I'm 20 weeks so mt bump isn't huge yet. This pillow is adjustable in the middle with strong velcro. As my belly grows and I move the pillows further apart, I wonder if my husband will even have a spot in the bed. That part is not great but sleep and comfort during pregnancy is so needed. You could potentially put a side table next to your bed to hang one pillow onto and give your significant other more space. To me, it would be worth it as I sleep SO much better with this!!! Bad for sleeping, great for sitting up in bed with.
Alright, so as far as a sleeping pillow for pregnancy goes, I hated this thing. However, this is going to be awesome for the days after the baby is born and I’m needing something form to use to sit up in bed or to elevate my feet. For this reason, I’ve decided to keep the pillow. I hated it for sleeping, though. My back has never hurt so bad after a nights sleep and I felt like it hurt my stomach, and hips too. But for a regular pillow to sit up in bed with, it’s pretty good.

Gigantic!
I'm so sad! I had a much smaller version of this same pillow 10 years ago from another manufacturer and was great for my aching hips. This is just gigantic. There's no room for my husband on our KING sized bed. Plus it kept my legs at a 45 degree angle which just wasn't what I needed. Had to return it. It may work for some people. it was of very nice quality. Still searching for the perfect pillow. I wish I hadn't gotten rid of my old one...

Awesome! Big is better
I love these pillows. If you like wedge pillows these are great! My back finally feels supported when I sleep on my side. I can quickly turn without adjusting my arms or the pillow set. The big size is perfect as I can actually get the support I need instead of me moving the pillows as I turn. They are just the right feel between supportive and soft. Update: After a month of sleeping on these pillow I am even more happy. I could not have gotten through my pregnancy without these. My back pain is eliminated. The only down side to these pillows is you still need a pillow to separate your legs otherwise your hips will hurt but you can use a regular pillow for that.

This pillow saved me during pregnancy. As a back sleeper, I would frequently roll back while sleeping and this would wedged me up. I also had severe carpel tunnel and I could lay out my wrists while I slept. It is huge and takes up 2/3 of my king sized bed, so maybe an issue, but WORTH IT!

Didn't like it - Leachco Body Double Maternity Pillow
the pillows are really big, i have a cal king bed and the pillows took up more than half of the bed, leaving my poor husband squished off to the side and practically falling off the bed. the fabric on the pillow covers had already started to pill before I had even used it. was not impressed and returned the pillow.
