Does it’s job and looks cute

Medium fit me, waist-35 hips-40. It adds good support on a 185lb squat. Only difference was that the loop was black not pink. I picked the floral pattern, because I haven’t seen anyone in the gym I go to with it. Flowers are big enough to write your name on a petal to.

Wish there was a size chart

I originally ordered a Small based on others' reviews because I have a 30" waist (right around belly button, not hips). Wish the product description came with a size chart! It barely closed and fastened while still being comfortable. I think the intended fit (since the strap is so long) is for the strap to also wrap around your back for additional support, so I just returned and ordered a Medium. So keep that in mind!

Good Belt for a Light Workout

The belt is fine, but it’s not meant for a serious workout routine. The support is good but the adhesive strap is too small for the belt and it doesn’t feel completely supportive. I've used the Harbinger belt with a full strap/buckle and they’re great for heavy lifting.

I like it but the small has a very! long strap

I like it so far, looks great and feels nice, but it seems strange that the strap is soooo long on the small size. I see other people mentioned it. I guess it's better than it being too short, but it wraps all the way around me :-) I hope in future versions they make the strap better suited to the size, not too short but not quite so long!

Makes heavy duty work EASIER!

It is SIMPLE. This belt has just made heavy lifting, bending over, construction work, a lot easier. My back is definitely thanking me. I had a hard leather belt before but this Harbinger is just a game changer. The materials are hard enough for support but don't stop fluent movements.Cant beat it.

Too much difference bt SM and Med

I have been using this belt since I started CrossFit, and I love it. I was highly disappointed when I ordered a size smaller because I have lost weight, and it was overall 10 inches shorter than the next size up. Imagine if our pant sizes were like that? The belt itself was a good size but the velcro belt portion was 10 inches shorter and not enough length to loosen the belt and perform movements it was not needed for. I had to return it and will need to shop locally to find something different.

Great for beginner trainers

Very comfortable and Velcro fasten is comfy. Great for beginners at the gym. I use it for squats and helps support my lower back. True to size, do not order a bigger size

Really great quality belt

I use this belt for barbell lifting and it's really good. I'm only a 5ft female and the belt isn't too wide. It's also really easy to put on and off and has a secure adjustment. I also like the fact it's not pink and it's more flexible than a new leather belt. Very pleased with it.

Great belt, easily adjust, quality support

Fantastic quality weightlifting belt. I’ve had this for 5 years and it’s still like new. It provides support but with a bit of flexibility (unlike a a leather belt). It can be adjusted quickly so you can wear for OLY lifting, squats or even in a WOD!
