Best Gadget in a While!
This is hands down my favorite cooking product! It is so easy to make several things at one time. I can make burgers, pancakes, vegetables, and so much more without the items ever mixing. The grill side of the product is a little hard to get clean because of the ridges but I would give this product a 10 out of 10! I was hesitant about buying it but I'm so happy I did it!

Better than a outside grill.
This is a wonderful grill and griddle. I love that you can set the heat on both sides. It is just better than having the grill outside and being in the heat and all the outside weather I love this grill..

One of the best for Pancakes ever!!
This would have gotten a 5 star if it didn’t have some sharp areas on it. I have cut myself twice on the slot area where the over flow empties into the pull out tray. So I won’t let my kids handle it. They could have just as easy made those edges round. That being said this is by far my favorite griddle. Easy to clean. Just use hot water when it cools. Everything comes off. You can cook eight pancakes (1/2 cup droppings) easy at one time. No oil needed on this great non stick surface. I have not used the grated side as much. Light weight and easy to move around. But really feel like quality build. I own two of them. Great product but be careful with you fingers on the tray pullout area.

very realistic.
Got to use when needed to use generator. Works well, but small. 2 pieces of bacon on each side (until cooked enough to add another piece, then have to clean to do scrambled eggs for 2 people. The grease pools and does not slant down to the grease catcher, but just bloat with paper towels as you go and OK.

Workmanship
I bought Hamilton Beach because of the name but .after 2 uses the name And temperatures all wiped off. The trays snap in design sucks. Although I like the griddle as well as the grill plates I feel they shouldn't be on the other side. Either need an extra set or make.them separate and one sided. Sometimes I need to swap them out and if they are both dirty I have to clean before flipping. Not a time saver at all. And work surface needs to be bigger. I'm not happy with it for those reasons. Although it cooks pretty good.

Good for cooking, little hard to clean
Great for cooking Korean BBQ, but a little hard to clean. Griddle side is also useful for making eggs, pancakes, etc.

Good product
Surface is a but smaller than I'd thought it would be, the hole between sides is a bit problematic at times but also nice when you need to scrape some juices or oils off the surface. It takes longer to heat then I thought it would and doesn't cook evenly it has hot spots so you need to be careful but it's non stick and easy to clean.

do not buy for uk use, first of all you need a converter to change it to uk volts which would cost about £100+ because its 1400w its too expensive to even consider swapping, secondly I contacted the supplier Hamilton beach by phone they also said its for u.s use only we recommend you don't use in the uk, so why advertise on uk amazon, complete waste of money......

Preheat it first
Pre heat it first and a bit of cooking spray helps keep it non stick eggs slide off easily. So far I have cooked eggs bacon steak hamburgers pancakes and it works great

Work horse
This thing is a Gem. So easy to clean and use. Definitely glad we decided to upgrade from unit with attached grills. Amazing for breakfasts. The non stick is outstanding! Never had any issues!

A little on the small side
It looks nice and cooked my pancakes good. i have only used it once so far. The reversible plates are hard to get off and on if you need to clean or switch time. So a little inconvenient. This grill compared to my other one is a little on the small side, not a lot of surface space if your cooking a lot of pancakes or different foods all at once.
