Nice compact wide mouth thermos

Bought because reviewers already mentioned, water tight seal, compact design, handle on lid, double wall lid gasket. Lives up to the reviews. Currently using it as mini ice bowl for patio drinks...wide mouth just right for hot beverages, soup, stew, and what not. The stainless steel satin finish look quite nice...solid construction...lid handle makes slip proof opening and closing easy.

it's good

I am happy with it so far, the only thing is it cannot be washed in the dishwasher and I have to wash it with sponge. That kind of sucks but other than that it keeps the food warm and doesn't leak.

It's good

I got this because I wanted to start bringing noodles to school. I would make them at maybe 6:30 in the morning and by the time it was lunch (which is 11:13)the noodles were still good to eat. It wasn't cold. Good product and it matches my lunch box.

Great for kids lunchboxes

Using this for my 10 year olds lunches when he wants to bring hot food. Heat it up in the morning and it’s still hot for him at lunch.

Cold Weather/Hot Lunch

Its that time of year again on the east coast where soup & stew etc are a lunch/dinner staple. I was a little skeptical at first. Would this really keep food HOT until lunch time ( from time i make lunch @6:15am to 11 am)?? Well IT DOES!! Thermos is the perfect size to fit in lunch bag, purse, mini backpack,light weight & durable ( I've dropped it a time or 2) the seal is tight with NO LEAKS!!..Lunch bag has fell off seat in the car, fell over at work etc. NO MESS. Fits a large can of soup (18.8oz) w a bit of room left over to seal the top. Food is hot. Not boiling but steaming when stirred up. Enjoyable temp to eat. I have also filled the thermos w hot water from the kettle to pre heat the thermos. It does get hot quickly,use caution cuz the outside does get a bit warm to the touch. Washing after use is quick and easy. I can rinse it out while at work, comes clean in secs. If i wait until i get home it is still easy to clean. Rubber seal comes off to properly clean lid. Pasta sauce does leave a bit of a greasy feel on the lid since its plastic but no big deal. Just rewash and its fine. Would definetly recommend this item and buy again should i ever need to. Variety of colors . Delivery was quick, comes packaged in small box. No wasted materials. Comes with small pamphlet on how to care/use. Extremely happy w this purchase.

Just what I needed.

I packed my hot lunch at 6:30am. When I opened the thermos to eat at noon, it was not piping hot, but was steamy and the perfect temperature. Couldn't be happier.

Stays warm, doesnt leak

I use these for my kids lunches on cold days. I followed another users advice and pre-warm them them with boiling water for 10 minutes before adding whatever hot food I put in. I have done soup, pasta, orange chicken, pizza slices, and rice. Both my kids say the food is still warm at lunch time 4.5 hours later. They have never leaked. My 10 year old has no problem opening it. Great buy.

Bought for my daughters lunch and have had great success! No leaks, easy to clean, great size and keeps her soup warm until lunch time! Better price point than others I have bought that leaked and didn’t keep things nearly as hot

Easy to open, works well

The main thing is the lid can be opened by a 7-y-o and she doesn't have to ask for help at school. Our last one required grip strength as the pressure changed as the food cooled off, so this is a big plus. Still need to preheat with boiling water, but then hot food stays warm till lunch. It's a single silicone gasket but it's unique in that it rides up the side rather than being a small ring. It rides down the neck and then has a flap like you'd find on exterior door insulation. The yetis have 2 gaskets and are just plain better but this is a really good item for a good price. The size is quite small, great for children but anyone with a larger appetite will use this for a snack or side dish. The paint peeled on the black one after a year of dishwasher, it's now just stainless steel.
