Absolutely incredible service. I will never buy a bottle from another company again.
I have ADHD and find it really difficult to get water in, due to it being a hassle to refill. After health issues from being dehydrated I decided I needed a large bottle that would only need to be filled once though the day. I'm also very picky when it comes to water bottles. I wanted a stainless steel 64oz bottle with a spout lid, but every other bottle on amazon had bad reviews saying the lids broke or leaked, wasn't the right material or the right size. I'll be honest, I was skeptical when I saw this bottle had 5 straight stars because i's unusual. I now understand why its so highly rated. The bottle I received from amazon wasn't taped at all and my extra lids fell out in transit. My spout lid!! I immediately contacted the company with my issue and requested just some spare lids, but they sent me an entirely new bottle set!! I'm ecstatic! amazing quality, perfect size, and the most amazing customer service I've ever had. Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!

I literally go NO WHERE without this water bottle.
This water bottle checked every single box for me. Fits in car drink holder- CHECK Holds a decent amount of water- CHECK Has a straw so I can drink from it while driving without blocking my view- CHECK Keeps my water cold for a long time- CHECK Awesome finish on the outside- CHECK Other lids available- CHECK I don't know what you're looking for, but this water bottle was everything that I wanted, and if I ever need to replace it, I will buy another one exactly like it. (I have owned this one for just over a year now and it's still keeping my water cold and icy like a champ.)

Best bottle
Literally get it. Doesn’t leak and keeps drinks cold forever. I’m very particular about bottles and this one checks all the boxes. It is pretty heavy when full but it’s very convenient because I hate refilling bottles often.

Toughest water bottle EVER!
Hands down, this is the toughest water bottle out there. My child lost his water bottle in October and it was found in a melting snow drift a week ago. It had a few minor paint scratches and a couple of dents but I have no idea if those were there before it was lost because this specific child is a little wild. I brought it home thinking one part or another would be broken, bent or otherwise unusable. Every part still worked and it's pretty easy to clean so it washed up great! If it can make it through a cold (multiple days below 0 degrees Fahrenheit), snowy and all around rough winter, it can make it through anything. I will for sure buy another one if/when we want to upsize to a bigger bottle.

Great cup for my kiddo!
The media could not be loaded. *The dents are from being dropped, not how the cup was sent to us, just FYI ;) I got this for my daughter to match my Simple Modern Trek cup and she couldn’t have been more excited! Except for the fact that it doesn’t have a handle… Would love if they made a mini version to match mine. But anyways… This cup hold cold liquids forever! I don’t have to worry about her water getting hot after being in the car or left outside. Plus when the mouthpiece is in the down position, the cup is leak proof. It’s easy for her to hold, and light enough that it’s not cumbersome for her (she’s 3.5yo). My only complaint is the finish will chip off after it’s been dropped. You can see tiny chips, which will likely become larger after time… and abuse. None of that is fault of the cup though. I did chose to get both of us silicone boots so hopefully that helps us protect them a little more.

Second Time Purchasing
I lost the last one that I ordered, so I am ordering this for the second time. The last one I ordered I had for about a month and because of it I've increased my water intake. I refill the bottle 2-3 times a day which is great. It keeps ice and drinks cold for a long period of time. I would go to bed and wake up and my drink still has ice in it. This bottle has replaced the constant accumulation of plastic water bottles in my room.

Keeps water cold for over 13 hours!
I love freezing cold water, and this water not only keeps my water cold for my entire 13 hour shift, but there’s even still ice in it!!

Really durable
Best drinks bottle had for the kids. Other plastic ones tend to be cracked or leaking within a few months, kids drop things frequently. These are robust, hold a good amount of liquid and are insulated so if you put cold water in at the beginning of the day and leave in e.g. a warm environment like a car, the content stays cold. Really good buy

Great bottle, no problems
Bought this looking for a cheaper alternative to hydro-flask, was worried about metallic taste from the bottle / leaking that I have had from other cheaper bottles, am yet to be disappointed. Really good at keeping the water cold, there was some worrying reviews describing squeaky noises from the nozzle to suck air back into the bottle, there are some strange noises every so often but honestly if you flick the top of the nozzle the sound stops, doesn't happen often enough to be annoying in any case. Design is gorgeous, I got the marble patterned one, the product selection is a bit deceptive with some of them listed as "bottle and lid" and others just "bottle" etc, they all come with a straw lid so don't worry yourself about that. Cleaning is easy, it comes with an extra straw anyway which is effortless to fit and replace but I haven't needed to bother replacing yet and I've been using it near constantly for about 3 months. If you were worried like me looking for some evidence of major problems that you don't want to have to deal with, don't bother it works great and looks amazing.
