If you're on the fence - give it a shot! Glad I did!
I'm writing this review hoping it helps others like me. I was very hesitant to buy this based on some of the reviews that said it was nearly impossible to get the ground screws the ground, and/or the anchors would start coming loose. I researched every other possibility including setting concrete anchors or other DIY solutions involving a lot of labor. I decided to give this a shot figuring that even if I couldn't get the ground screws to work, I would still use the frames and slackline with another anchoring method. It definitely takes some time and effort to get the ground screws in. I used a hefty garden tool handle that was about 1.5" diameter and 4 feet long. You definitely need a long enough and strong enough lever to turn these things. Still, I had both of them sunk all the way into the ground after a little over an hour of work. Far cry from some reviews saying it took multiple hours or days and it still wasn't in. Though I'm sure soil type makes a difference. I am in Columbia, SC where we have clay/sandy soil with some small rocks. One tip based on my research - make sure to put the screws in at an angle, pretty much in line with where the line will be coming out. NOT angled away like you might with a tent stake. These are designed to resist pulling directly out of the ground. If the line is pulling on it sideways I can definitely see how it would loosen up. After getting the screws in and the frames assembled (fairly easy if you follow the directions carefully), I attached the slackline and tightened it with the ratchet. I put as much tension on the line as I could and no sign of movement from the anchor screws. A few days later and several uses by myself (190 lb) and my 2 teenage sons, and it is still just as tight and solid. Very happy with it and glad I gave it a shot!

Check Your Soil
The two frames were relatively easy to assemble, but then came the ground screw installation. I highly recommend you understand the type of ground and soil you have. I found it nearly impossible to get the screws installed to anchor the slack line itself. If you have even minimal pebbles, stones or roots, these screws just won't go in. It took me almost 5 hours over two days just to get one screw in the ground. Even with the screws installed, once there is some weight on the slackline, the anchors tend to loosen up in the ground causing the slack line itself to droop close to the ground.

LOVE THIS!!
I purchased this to be a new fun family thing for a big 4th of July party. It arrived on time and was exactly what I expected. I knew the box was going to be heavy, but I wasn't prepared for just how heavy it was. It definitely takes two people to lift and assemble. It took about 2.5 hours to completely set up and it was fairly difficult. Putting the ground screws in took the most time. The instructions didn't include a recommended length between the ground screw and the line, which was frustrating and resulted in the line being shorter than we originally intended (we settled with about 6ft between ground screw and A-frame, with the line itself being roughly 13ft of walking slackline). The directions could've been more clear when assembling the A-frame - we first put the A-frame together upside down, but once we figured it out, the second one took less than 10 minutes to assemble. Once we got it put together correctly, the kids absolutely loved it! My children play on it nearly everyday. My kids are just entering early adolescence and are still little, so we started it on the lowest height; which was actually perfect for the off-balanced and uncoordinated adults. :) I would most definitely purchase again and will be recommending it to my friends.

Sturdy
The first shipment was lost in the mail but once I got the replacement it was relatively easy to set up. It holds tension well and is a great addition to our balance and exercise routine.

Super Slackline
My family loves this kit. They had bugged me for a while to get something in place at home but I felt it was going to be complicated. Rather than spend time with a DIY project I decided to try this. So glad I did. I had it assembled and installed in a couple of hours. The anchors took a bit of work with a long bar to drive them in but they have held very well. Totally happy. They use this rig almost every day.

The ground screws may bend.
The ground screws bent the first time I used them, making it difficult if not impossible to use them again.

too difficult to set up
The product descriptions and videos demonstrating setup are misleading. The effort required to put the ground screws in was more than the three adults who tried to help could handle with a full day's work. Without the ground screws the kit is useless.

Gutes Slackline-Kit
