Good Value
Gets the job done at a reasonable price. Not really for full time all weather riding, you'll need something much more expensive for that. As a back-up you can stick in your pocked, it's ideal for showers and wind. I carry it often but only use it occasionally, it has worked well when needed and has been surprisingly durable.

Cheap, but waterproof, and lasted a season before falling apart
Bought this jacket 30 months ago. It lasted almost two seasons of mostly warm-weather riding. After nearly two years, the material is delaminating and shedding, and the cuffs have torn apart. It has a couple small rips in other places. Just as expected after a couple seasons of use, given the "minimalist" (cheap) construction of this thing. But, after looking at the other available options, I bought another one today. It does what I need it to do. (See my addendum, below.) This jacket is NOT durable. It will NOT endure every-day use for very long. But for occasional use, it may be what you want. It is completely waterproof and windproof. It weights almost nothing -- exactly 4.73 ounces on my scale -- and packs into a small space. I keep it in my fanny pack all the time. I use it for wind/cold protection riding down the mountain in the late afternoons, and for those occasional soaking summer thunderstorms. My problem with other light-weight jackets, (including my old REI model which lasted years) is that they are wind-resistant, but NOT really waterproof. Riding down a mountain while soaking wet is miserable. This jacket does the job for a reasonable period, at a reasonable price. If you are riding in wet/cold climates regularly, or need something to wear daily, or need a jacket that can breath, you will want to get something much more durable. Addendum - June 2017: The second jacket I purchased last season (March 2016) is now falling apart after light use. The cuff of one sleeve has totally ripped out, and the fabric has several other rips from minor encounters with brush on the trail. I know how cheap these things are, and I am very careful with it. But, well, this is really not a durable material. When I bought the first one of these jackets three years ago, the price was twenty-two bucks. The second one I purchased sold for around twenty-seven. Cheap. At that lower price, I was willing to treat this as a "one season and toss it" item. But at the current price, this jacket is simply not worth buying. I have now purchased a much nicer and more durable jacket for around fifty-five bucks -- more money, yes, but at least it will endure for more than a season without ripping apart. (Pearl Izumi - Ride Men's Elite Barrier Jacket, Large, True Red/Black ) Look around at other options, and don't bother buying this O2 jacket at the current price of around thirty-five bucks -- I say that based on using this jacket for several seasons. Works while it works, and then rips apart. At the current price, invest in something better

Arms too tight
This could have been a decent warm weather rain jacket but the arms were too tight in relation to the rest of the jacket, as others have mentioned. Not too sure how well it breathes in warm humid weather.

A jacket -- not a fashion accessory.
This is the second one of these jackets that I have owned. This jacket will not win you any hipster cycling fashion awards. If your primary concern is looking cool, you should spend a bunch more money on something that doesn't work as well. However, this jacket *will* keep you warm and dry while adding virtually no weight to your pack. It is absolutely waterproof and windproof, but still breathable. It will keep you warm on chilly spring or fall mornings, without overheating you. The fabric is sort of stiff, which means that it does not cling to you even at high speeds or in a lot of wind. The only downside to this jacket is that because the fabric is stiff, it does not pack down into a particularly small package, even though it weighs almost nothing. I keep this in my pannier at all times for a sudden rain storm or an unexpectedly chilly morning. Highly recommend this product.

As expected
This product was pretty much as expected, considering the price. I got a small, and I must say it was even smaller than I thought it would be, but the quality and style was as assumed. Very light, easily compacted, and water resistent, this product does what it advertizes. The zipper is plastic, and so seems sort of fragile, though mine has not broken yet after several months of light use. As I mentioned, it was also a little tight. I'm a 5'4" female, average weight, and it fits me fine over a regular shirt, but I could definitely not layer it on top of a sweater or sweatshirt without looking like a sausage. For the price, not bad!

great breathable jacket.
this is my second one of these. like others, its a slight disappointment that the material tends to rip easily, but it is very lightweight and really breathes well. i get *so* hot in my other rain gear so this is really a nice alternative. arms are a touch long but overall the fit is good. I often use this as a cold weather layer as well. works perfectly for me over a long sleeve base layer down into the low 40's

What I thought it would be
It's exactly what I thought it would be and what I wanted for $30. If you've ever owned Frogg Togg's it's a very similar material. It'll keep you dry but without any vents you will roast if it's not cold outside or a cold rain. The fit is snug as it should be for a cycling jacket. No fluttering of the material at high speeds. If you have larger arms you may need to size up though. For those complaining that it seems flimsy, it'll be tougher than you think.

seemed cheap, but has held up really well
i bought this for a 175-mile ride from boston to the end of cape cod, knowing i'd be getting wet at some point but not wanting to spend big bucks on serious rain gear (i live in new mexico, and we don't ride much in rain out here). it did seem flimsy at first glance, but i wore it through some pounding storms and managed to stay shockingly dry. i've worn it a few times since with a camelbak while hiking and it's been great - breathes well and nice fit for that too. based on other reviews, i went one size larger than i otherwise would and it's a bit bigger than i'd like but i suppose that's better than too small - i'm guessing that if i'd ordered my true size it would have been fine......a nice touch with this jacket is that if you roll it up really tight it will fit into a water bottle cage - none of my buddies' high-dollar versions can do that.
