Worth it

Definitely worth it! I started brushing my cat every other day when I got this brush due to her shedding ALOT. I’m down to once a week and I feel like it’s reduced the amount of fur she sheds daily

Love it

The Small Cat works on both short and long hair. Really gets the loose hair out! Handfuls on each cat. Works much better than I expected. A bit pricey, but I recommend!

Amazing

I love this thing. I've never deshed my cat before. This gets 10x the amount of hair than a normal brush. Summer's coming up and I know this is gonna do wonders.

A MUST!!!

This has changed our lives! My poor cat Frankie was dealing with the worst hairballs of her entire life and nothing was helping. Until my vet recommended the Furminator! My cat has never liked being brushed, but now she begs for me to constantly brush her. Sadly I know I shouldn't use this more than once a week, but if Frankie had it her way, I'd brush her with the furminator until she was bald haha! Highly recommend this genius product, and I don't use that term lightly.

So efficient at removing shedding hair!

My cats don’t hate this device as much as they hated the metal deshedding ring w/ the little teeth… it appears to be more comfortable for them, not scrapping their body w/ tiny metal spikes. Just a couple swipes w/ the furminator & sooooo much hair is extracted w/o yanking or pulling hard. The hair stays clumped in the comb for easy/clean removal. So happy w/ my purchase.

Cats Love/like it

I have two cats since this delivered the cow cat is obsessed. I recently gave them a bath so there isn’t as much dead hair so I use it on the blunt side to rub against him and he loves it-he even fell asleep! My other cat doesn’t hate it but doesn’t seem as relaxed or interested.

Excellent fur remover

The comb teeth are really good at picking up loose fur but the emptying function doesn't quite work. My cat's fur is easily pulled off in one clump though so it's not a big deal. Overall I think it's a great tool and at a much better price than you'll see in pet stores!

Works great but not sure if there is a difference between the long and short ones

I bought two of these for my cats which were supposed to be one for the long and one for the short-haired cats I have. They are the same color and before I could mark them my ladies threw them down and mixed them up. I examined them and to my surprise, they are very much identical with the exception of having two different serial numbers on the blades. I wrote to the company's customer service on the 17th of September and am still awaiting their response. I decided to review them still here as I have them both and can honestly tell no difference in them. The blades are both the same length and apart from different numbers on them they both work the same for both the long and short-haired cats. I have used the same one or the other on my cats with the same result. They do take off the excess hair and are easy to clean but apart from that they both work the same. I see no physical difference in the length of the blades or their function of them. Unless someone can tell me what the difference is to me both are the same despite being marketed for cats with long and short hair. If you bring up the pics you can see two different numbers on them which I would think would be for the different types but they both are physically identical in every way.

For a cat that hates being brushed

I have an elderly cat that hates being brushed but started to look messy around the areas he can't reach. This brush is very good at getting the undercoat off without causing him too much distress. Highly recommend over other brushes, should of bought it sooner.

Compré hace unos meses el modelo anterior de furminator para gato grande de pelo largo pero definitivamente este modelo más reciente chico para pelo corto funcionó mucho mejor para mis 2 gatos, tengo uno de pelo largo y uno de pelo corto, les quita mucho mucho más pelo que el otro modelo aparte de que el tamaño chico del cepillo permite acceder a todas las áreas del gato. Excelente producto ????
