I went by the sizing change, but the socks ...

I went by the sizing change, but the socks were WAY too large for my dog's feet. Also, the shape of the rubber coating was odd and didn't really fit my dog's foot. It was awkward when he tried to walk. He wears boots all the time, so he is used to walking in boots and socks. But, these just didn't fit correctly. I did return them and tried another type of sock.

Too small!

Too small even after measuring my fluffy kids feet. Would have returned but don't feel like paying a fee. Too bad i just wanted to exchange for the next size up.

Misleading labels.

Large size is not for large dogs. The part that's supposed to envelope the whole foot only covers my 70lb boys toes. I managed to catch these on a lightening deal, but Amazon is refusing to do a straight exchange.

Sock ripped within first 5 minutes of our walk.

Received the boots today. Put them right on and within 5 minutes of our walk they ripped. My pup usually takes a medium size but the mediums were too small so ordered a large pair. They fit my dog better. The sock is not thick like the product description says. No thickness at all. Poor quality. Would not recommend.

shoddy customer service

the sizing on these boots are too small - I ordered the first pair, large, for my smaller Golden Retriever, and they wouldn't have fit a miniature poodle. I reordered to the 2X size and they barely fit as well. When I tried to return the first pair for a refund, the system would not let me. Amazon promised to send me a return slip and that of course, never happened. I guess I'm donating both pairs to my local Humane Society shelter and reconsidering staying on as an Amazon customer.

Fell apart after wearing for only a couple of hours

Rubber is falling off after my dog only wearing them for a couple of hours. He is not overly active either. He is 14 yrs old and I wanted to have something to help him get around the house easier. Guess it's not this brand.

Great product for any dog who’s willing to keep them on! My Weimaraner took 2 minutes to figure out the velcro lock and off they went; complete with a hole chewed in one.
