Cleopatra Wig

I forgot what I paid for this wig, probably not a whole lot, but I've had to make some changes to it. I'm glad I bought it a month before Halloween so it will have time to reshape. It came with a severe crease from being folded and probably on the bottom of a very heavy pile for a long time. I also had to cut the bangs because they were way too long and misshapen. The braiding was a bit less than desirable with a lot more braids on one side of the wig than the other. I have it on a upside down plastic pitcher with a few books on top of it to remove the crease. I have been trying to straighten on the braids and smooth the many wild strands down. I can use this wig, but if I knew it was going to be this much trouble to fix I would have spent the money and bought a higher quality one. UPDATE 11.1.13: I wore this wig for long time yesterday with my Cleopatra costume. It did o.k. but after a while it got kind of hot and itchy. I had to take it off a couple of times to scratch and cool off. Some of the hair fibers would let loose and i had to pull them the rest of the way out and that sort of caused more hair fibers to let loose. But, it did the job and I got lots of compliments on my costume and had a fun evening.

Great wig

I was looking for a good quality wig for my Halloween cleopatra costume when I spotted this one on amazon after reading all the great reviews I decided to buy it and I received the wig on time and I got to say it is breathtakingly amazing no kidding I can't wait to wear it on halloween it does look a little more longer and thicker then in the picture but it still looks great despite that you may have to pin the wig if you want it to stay on but that wasn't really an issue for me the only issue I had with the wig was it was a little smashed when I pulled it out of the package and some of the hair was sticking up but that was easily fixed with a brush and some water I sprayed the wig with some water and lightly combed through it being careful not to pull out any of the hair and the wig is perfect now I am so happy I bought this wig it would fit perfect with any egyptian costume, is really good quality for the price, looks and feels like real hair and is light weight it is the perfect wig and I absolutely LOVE it

Good, but misleading

This worked for Halloween; I got many compliments. The reason for my lowish rating is that in the picture it doesn't look like its very thin. If you se where the braids are, it doesn't appear to have any hair under that. It was not like that in reality. It was quite thick,with at least an inch of hair underneath the braids. The bangs werte too long and I had to kind of pull it back which shifted the wig a bit. However, it served its purpose well, but and if you don't mind thicker hair than might be expected ( and you have a longer forehead) than this is for you.

Great wig for a costume and well worth the price.

I really love this wig. This is a costume wig, so it is not the quality of more realistic hair, as to me it certainly does not look real, but that was not my intention. My wig was better than I even hoped it would be, it came out of the package shiny and soft and it did not take much brushing at all to make it look just right. It is well worth the money I paid and it fit me wonderfully. I wore it for a halloween costume and it held up beautifully and i received many complements. I would recommend this wig to anyone. I think I will get many more opportunities to wear it and I am very happy this is the wig I chose to purchase. My wig also came quickly and in protective packaging.

Did the job

It was a bit shorter than I had hoped but ok.It is very tangled and poorly made but for the price you can't complain. One thing- REALLY messy braids I had to pin back in order to no look like a Rastafarian, but hey what do you expect for $10? Overall, an ok item that gives you an Egyptian look. If you want a good wig you'll need to spend about $50

Not bad for the price!

Not bad for the price. Slightly frizzy and a tiny bit tangled on the side and back of wig. I brushed it out and put some hair product in it to get rid of the frizz. My daughter will be wearing the wig on stage and from a distance it looks very authentic. It will do the trick.

The wig was much bulkier than the pic depicts and I don't like that. I am also in the process of trying to smooth it out as it has a lot of unruly, fuzzy strands that I am working on, but I believe I will be able to use it next month. Frankly, I am disappointed.

Not bad for the price.. easy enough to fix. Just go on youtube and look up how to fix up a cheap wig. it is very poofy. Not nice and flat like in the photo and the bangs need a good trim... but all and all..it will do the trick
