Instructions are lacking
Instructions could be better overall it’s a well-made, sturdy product arrived on time and a little pricey.

Absolute Best option for cleanly mounting your bike.
Did a bit of homework on this & I couldn't have picked a more perfect bike rack for my needs. First of all the steel/aluminum is much more thick than I anticipated and speaks to its rigidity and strength. The wallplate must be a half an inch thick and the arms themselves are thick and rigid with soft yet sturdy rubber claw-shaped end caps that actually sheath the last couple of inches of the arms. (I thought the ends would just be a snap on piece, compromising the weight that it would eventually hold.) Once on the wall, it simply becomes part of the structure. The arms only extend about 12-13" from the wall plate so depending on your stem to bar-end length, you might have to turn the wheel a bit once mounted. Also depending on the angle of your top tube, or wherever you may place the bike on the arms, the fact that they are vertically adjustable allows you to place your bike level, if that even appeals to any ocd peeps out there (I struggle with it a bit, but as long as I shut every door four times in a row then everything will be OK) ;p. One thing I will say, and this is not a short coming with the rack but rather my bike. You will notice in the pictures that although my 54 crossbike fits perfectly, my mtb had to be placed upside down because my cable routing is attached to the underside of the top tube. Rather than pinching the cables, I opted to place it upside down. Works fine as long as my wife doesn't mind the front tire touching the wall. But it's a garage, so yeah, marks happen. Excellent product & purchase. Will purchase again enthusiastically when I fill out my stable more.

Work's great for my Catrike recumbent bike.
It is winter here in Chicago and I needed a way to store my recumbent bike. One reviewer mentioned using this for a recumbent, so I figured I would give it a try. It works great. Holds the bike upright against my garage wall. I have the bike about 6" off the ground - very easy to lift the bike on and off the rack. In my case (Catrike Road) it is a little tight between the steering linkage and the rack, but still a very good solution for a tadpole style recumbent bike.

Perfect
These things are great! We bought two and mounted our bikes vertical. We used the bar next to the rear wheel in between the seat connection and pedal gears. Our bikes are nice and snug side by side. They have held up well and were super easy to mount. Very happy.

Great low profile way to hang my bicycle
This hanger installs easily and is adjustable so that the bicycle hangs level right against the wall.

This is the Wall Mount Rack You Want!
This is a heavy duty unit that does EXACTLY what is says it will do. Good solid construction. This unit can be adjusted to fit your bike perfectly for level hanging. For Installation you will Need: ~ a wooden wall stud in your wall to screw it to. It might work with metal studs but the kit includes wood screws. (Even if you use counter sinks I don't think this will hold your bike if you try to mount it on the lath alone) ~ a drill for the pilot holes ~ a phillips screw driver That's it! Installation is simple and easy! I've read a couple reviews that say a notch had to be cut for the brake/gear cables so the bicycle's weight did not rest on them but I didn't have that problem with my hybrid. It seems that even if the cables rested between the bike frame and the rack no damage would be done to the cables because of shape and quality of the rubber cushions on the cradle arms where the bike meets the rack. I'm stating that as an opinion, not a fact. To sum it up : This is not only the best wall mount that I've owned but the best that I've ever seen! I wanted to add one last thing. I use this in my apartment. It looks great too!

Not so great for mountain bikes due to wider handlebars !!!
As an engineer I sometimes encounter products by companies that are truly great - The Velo Cache 2 Floor Stand, for instance - its a work of art and its functional. The Cache is a great design, it truly does hold all bikes safely and easily. So I figured the wall mounted rack would be similar in design because it by the same company -- NOPE ! This one makes me scratch my head. For instance, the nice curved rubber cradles on the Cache have been replaced by these harder rubber stepped ones - so instead of putting even pressure on the frame, the bike now rests on the steps which make it more prone to rocking. This new cradle design is not half as good as the one on the Cache but is what it is. The most puzzling of all - these guys must not have tested this rack with mountain bikes - for if they had they would have, they'd have seen they needed to add a few inches to the arms. The only way I can put my mountain bike on it, is to crank the handlebars all the way to one side. Not only does it look like crap while its hanging, but the wheel is sticking out into space by 8" so its easy to run into when walking by it. To make matters worse , because you have to crank the handlebars over - the handlebar end WILL contact the wall - over time, you are going to gouge the wall. Finally, if you mount two racks , one over the other so that two bikes can be mounted one on top of the other -- it is a major pain to get the top bike into the rack because you have to crank the handlebars to one side while you lift the bike into the cradles. This could have been such a great product - if the arms were just 2 inches longer it will truly hold road and mountain bikes WITHOUT any issues. I fixed the situation by adding a 2" spacer behind it, its a bit ugly & jury rigged, but better than returning it. Be warned you will have a minor woodworking task on your hands if you want this to fit correctly for MTB. I give this product one star - because honestly - its poorly designed - we should not have to build shims for the bit to sit right in it. (see photos - the image with the wheel cranked out is how a mountain bike fits into the rack out of the box, ironically this photo is from their website. The other photos show what I had to do to get the rack to fit a standard MTB correctly. I just have a minor painting task left to dress it up.

Good quality
Easy to install, just needed rawl plugs as I was securing to a breeze block wall, Very easy to put together and seems very sturdy.

very solid
Very well built and the adjustability is a great feature if you have a family of bikes. Installed to a block wall and I can hang from it! I wish the 'cradle' was a bit deeper but the bike isn't going to fall off.

Quality wall mounted bike rack
Excellent build quality and very easy to assemble. I mounted to a garage wall made of light weight breezeblocks using Rigifix M6 bolts which anchor the Velo wall bracket solidly, really no danger of falling down. Delighted with the look and functionality of the bike rack.

Simple & uncomplicated single bike rack
Comes with 2 long black Pozi countersunk woodscrews so will need rawl plugs for masonry mounting. Every part is black. The extruded aluminium wall bracket is screwed onto a wall then the 2 arms are slid into position then tightened onto the attached oblong plates. The 2 arms can bet set to different heights to allow for sloping top tubes. The "V" shaped hooks are made from soft plastic, not rubber so should last a few years. This wall mount's bracket offset measures exactly 1 foot (305mm) out from the wall so should accommodate fairly wide straight bars. My commuter bike's hydraulic brake cable runs underneath the top tube so I've tie-wrapped some soft packing material so as to not deform this cable. The hooks are deep enough to make the bike stable but not too deep as to make lifting the bike on & off too tiresome. Recommended.

Great Quality and works very well
Yes I am very pleased with my purchase, it is very good quality an d the important thing is it works, because of the design of moving each leg to different positions it worked very well with the awkward shape of my frame. thank you and highly recommended
