Good enough for the price
This isn't anything fancy, but it's good enough quality for the price. I haven't noticed any real problems with it. The peg storage cover stays closed just fine. It's slightly difficult to open, but I'd rather have that than have it coming open all the time and losing the pegs. In short, this is good enough if you just need a cribbage board of some sort and it's a continuous track type so easier for kids to make use of. Some improvements the manufacturer could make without much cost increase: - Use some kind of cheap metal for the pegs instead of plastic. Plastic pegs can get broken off in the holes too easily by kids. - There's enough wood that they could route out a compartment to store a deck of cards. Nicer boards have a compartment like this, but since this is folding they don't need to add a cover/lid. - Add a latch to latch the thing shut, especially if the card storage compartment exists.

Wonderful complete set!
11 years later and this set is still a family game night staple in our household. Sturdy with wonderful storage. The best part is how easy it is to keep all the pieces together while I taught the next generation (my kids) how to play cribbage!

Best bang for your buck
This cribbage board is perfect for traveling. Not only does it come with everything you need, it also is a durable and affordable game. Mine has been WELL loved in the few months I've had it and I don't have one bad thing to say about it!

Cheaply made, but gets the job done
Painted/finished nicely. Pegs fit well in the board with Pugh being too loose or too tight. The hinge on the board is rather flimsy and loose fitting, which I hope does not decrease the lifespan of the game..cards are very cheap, I would recommend having a backup deck.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND
This is a somewhat decent product with some flaws. It is fine for travel, being a full sized board that folds in half. The thickness of the wood is good, but the hinges are very weak. As soon as I took it out of the box and opened it up, it was apparent that one of the hinges was twisted and raised, therefore the board did not lay flat. The blue and green colours on the board are next to each other and very hard to tell apart, especially for anyone who doesnt have 20/20 vision. Would have been better to put the red path between the blue and green. Notwithstanding these two issues, we are able to play crib with it. However, I am looking for a replacement board.

Cribbage - best card game EVER?
Have played cribbage against my day since I was around 10. Only now do I manage to beat him occasionally! I love this game. Flows really well. Loads of permutations and of course luck plays a big part and can turn a game around or thwart certain victory at each turn. This board is excellent. You can play three handed (which I have yet to try) but after previously using the "60 hole 2 lap" type boards this is much better. Really works as a race and if you've been having a beer while playing you don't forget which lap you are on. Really like also the extra bit on the board, plus an extra peg (there are 3 in each colour) to record the games won. The cards are pretty decent too. Absolute bargain and a cracking, classic game that I will keep playing for years.

Quality and good fun
Easy to learn crib if you haven't played before. Easy leaflet inside to tell you how to play. My sister and I have great fun playing crib. Good quality board.
