Did not live up to my hopes and dreams
I was very speculative about buying this thing because its a weird brand I've never heard of. I'm not a brand snob, but if I've never put my hands on something a company has made before then I'm always worried about buying on line before I actually put my hands on it. But I've been looking for a nonstick titanium frypan that would nest with well with some of my other titanium pots. So the size was the biggest thing that I was looking for. I have several other camp frypans that I love but I've been upgrading my cooking kit to titanium. This one I want to like but its just toooo thin and the non stick sucks bad. I have several other titanium pots and they just feel well made when you hold them. Light and solid. But this thing feels cheep and flexible… I cooked a stake on the stove on med heat. I greased it up well with olive oil. "way more then I normally use" the non stick ended up picking up a brown spot. Keep in mind I was really babying the pan because I really wanted it to do well. I would have expected the brown if it wasn't non stick, but that's not what I payed for. I don't mind the stile of handle, but on this pan its really crappy. Lots of flex in the handle and they are pretty bent the wrong way. The handles lay flat on the surface you are cooking on. This may or may not be a problem for you, but what I'm sure you will not like is the way the handles just feel like crap with all the flex in them. Can you cook with this? Yes but for this premium price for a single pan, I'm not very happy....

This pan is everything I expected. It heats quickly and evenly with less flame, hence forth, less fuel. The pan is light weight and is a great size, (larger) than others available and the non stick coating seals the deal. Upon arrival I immediately installed my stove onto a fuel canister and tested it. First I seasoned it and heated it with a coat of virgin olive oil. Then I cooked bacon and eggs. Yum. It's easy to clean. IF they come out with a slightly larger pan. I'll buy that too, a 8" or 9" would be great. In a perfect world a pan that can accommodate a 1 1/2lb. trout 10" in diameter. My only complaint was the delivery time. Japan Post is molasses slow...but eventually worth the wait. Of course, I could be a little bias as I was anxious to get it but it shouldn't take 3 weeks.

Excellent, Light-Weight Cooking Pan
I love my Evernew titanium cooking pan. It is very light-weight and easy to incorporate into my cooking supplies for hiking. I use it to cook quesadillas, grilled cheese, eggs and many other things while camping. The 7.28 inch size is perfect for this. One complaint I have read is of items burning. The pan does heat up very quickly. If it gets too hot, I merely pick it up and hold it above the flame. The padded pot holder keeps my hands from getting hot. Overall, this is an excellent pan, a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Great Fry Pan
This fry pan is exactly what you expect to get from titanium...light and sturdy. Best fry pan I have found on the market. I would have given it 5 stars, but I feel the price is a little high. At the time of my purchase, I could only get from Japan. I could find no importers. The construction is high quality and built to last.

Nice light-weight titanium frying pan
Great non-stick frying pan. Just keep in mind when cooking with titanium you need to take it off the flame when there is nothing in the pan. I used this to cook pancakes on a backpacking trip and when I scooped the pancake on to a plate I would leave it off the stove untill I could add more batter. Non-stick coating works well but used a bit of the bacon greace to cook pancakes.

Awesome pan. It took a little while to get to me because it shipped from japan and had to clear customs. Quality looks awesome. I've just used it in the house and it rocks. Can't wait to fry up some mountain trout.

The non stick coating is neither effective or durable. I ordered this a few weeks in advance of a fourth of July camping trip and used it to cook four strips of bacon and two eggs. the bacon immediately stuck and left a residue that was impossible to remove. I contacted the seller great outdoors 34 days after receiving the item. Great outdoors said after 30 days im on my own. As a last resort i attempted gently cleaning with bon ami. The bacon came off and so did the coating. I paid a premium price for this item and received a terrible product and terrible customer service.

Erster Eindruck rechtfertig nicht den hohen Preis
Da ich lange Trekkingtouren unternehme und gerne morgens Eier zum Frühstück geniesse, habe ich lange nach einer hochwertigen und leichten Pfanne gesucht. Laut Bild und Beschreibung wäre das etwas gewesen. Titan mit Keramikbeschichtung verspricht leicht zu sein und dennoch eine kretzfeste Beschichtung zu haben, ohne viel Öl benutzen zu müssen. Nach dem auspacken folgte dann zunächst ein echte Entäuschung.. Die Pfanne ist lange nicht so hochwertig wie auf den Bildern. Sieht aus, als wäre es eine andere Pfanne. De Beschichtung ist einfaches Teflon und bestimmt kein Keramik, somit dann auch nicht kratzfest. Das angegebene Gewicht von 82gramm ist total untertrieben. Beim nachiegen sind es 138 gramm. Einfach gesagt hätte ich da meine alte und kostengünstige Tatoka Schale (159gramm) zum Preis von rund € 9,00 behalten können. Dies alles ist der erste Eindruck. In der nächsten Zeit folgt nun der erste Test, hoffe dann gewinnt die Pfanne im zweiten Eindruck. Werde einen entsprechenden Nachtrag posten. Bis dahin kann ich dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen. Sehr Schade, nur unehrliche Verkäufer gehen bei mir gar nicht.

Null Wirkung!
Würde gerne etwas anderes schreiben den EVERNEW hat eigentlich nur top Produkte wenn auch zum etwas hohen Preis, jedoch in diesem Fall??! Antihaft Schicht ist zwar angedeutet jedoch komplett wirkungslos Hatte bei unterschiedlichen Temperaturen und Kochern probiert jedoch überall das gleiche alles bleibt am Boden hängen. Der Preis ist auch für Titan meiner Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt.

安全性に不安！買ってはいけない商品かも
The media could not be loaded. ２回目の使用でコーティングが剥がれてきて食品に剥がれた成分が付着してそうで食べれない。弱火でと記載があったので ガス使用で一番弱い火でベーコンを炒めました。２回目の使用で早くもコーティングが剥がれはじめ、使用後柔らかいスポンジで軽く洗浄するとスポンジが一部灰色に変色しておそらくコーティングが剥がれたものが付着した感じがありました。 ２回目でこんなにすぐにコーティングが剥がれると健康に影響がないのか不安で使用できません。
