It is great product but my last orders are breaking so easily

It is great design that does not leak and very easy to clean. But lately two of them are Broken when my kids drop them on the tile floor.

Great Product

No this product does not leak. What you need to do is simply make sure the gasket (the rubber that is installed to prevent the leakage) did not fall off when you washed it. It is very simple really. you open the damn top and look if it is not curled up and make sure it is there in the first place. Here are pros of this bottle. 1. comfortable handle for a child to carry around. 2. Nice straw that comes far enough so that the lid does not scratch the child's face (yes some bottles do that) 3. Straw is hidden away under the lid when not in use. keeps it clean when placed into a child's dusty backpack. or if it falls , rolls into grass, floor, carpet, bedcovers (you name a dirty place and child will drop the bottle right into it. 4. Lid can be locked 5. Stainless steel that keeps water nice and cool for whole day. Cons: 1. straw accumulates "food-salivy-childeatingcookiesanddrinking-goo" on the lid - Washing it normally solves a problem 2. the gasket got moldy at some point - well I threw it away and ordered the new one. $15 price tag makes it possible

We own 2 and love them both!

We purchased our first one of these (blue/green) a couple years ago at Target I think. Our son used his water bottle daily for K and 1st grade with no issues. It's leak proof, easy to clean and being stainless steel it keeps the drinks cold! I like the thicker, silicone straw and especially the fact that the button makes it super easy for kiddos of any age to open it without having to unscrew a top, or have a smaller cap dangling around as you try to drink. Also, the handle on top is super convenient. Really overall this is just a great design. We now have a daughter who is 2 so we just got her this one in an adorable purple and teal color so she can stop using her brothers!

If your are looking for a good leak proof for younger kids you might want to reconsider

The bottle is really cute and has a lock on the outside to keep it from opening. However, if the cap is open and the bottle is knocked over the liquids leak out quickly. We were using contigo’s prior to this purchase and they don’t leak even when the cap is open so I like that better than the lock being on the outside of the bottle for you get kids.

Not built for smaller kids

I bought this for a water bottle for my 4 going on 5 year old to take to vpk with her and being a small kid she drops things a lot and the cup didn't last very long, first it got a crack on the lid part that pops up the crack went from front of the lid to the back by the part where the part of the lid that pops up is connected to the actual screw on part of the lid so then it was always falling off to where the spout/straw part was exposed. This past Friday she came home with it completely broken and no way to put it back on because one of the back pieces I would say it's called a hindge to hold the part of the lid that pops up on it broke off completely. I gave 2 stars because it was a good cup until the lid broke, so maybe it can be adjusted in some way or the cup is just not meant for smaller kids because if it falls on a tile floor too much the plastic lid will start to break.

Easiest to clean and best locking mechanism to prevent leaks

Love this thermos. I’ve been jinxed with them however through loss, dropping on concrete, etc, but no fault of the product. It is imo the best thermos out there for a young person because it can be thoroughly cleaned each day without hassle and it is leak proof. We have had issue with removing the straw mechanism with other brands to deep clean under the seal, but this design prevents that. It also says it is leak-proof, and it is. There is a locking mechanism with clear icon showing the lock and unlock position. I’ll probably buy another one for next school year, but since I’ve already bought three of these and lost or broken them through bad luck, I am going to use one of our backups to get through this school year. I am a big fan of this thermos, however.

Perfect!

Only cups my kids will use .. I used these to bottle break both my kids .. my daughter is now 4 and my son is 2 , and still the only cups the will use .. absolutely perfect in every way!

Defecto en el empaque que sella la tapa!

El empaque vino con defecto. El propósito del envase es justo en leak proof y este NO LO CUMPLIÓ, inutilízable.
