Very thing cables. They are pretty much unusable in any application that requires mora than a few milliamps of power. Junk!! Do not buy

clip leads for power supply

No surprises here. Adequate length for benchtop use.

Perfect for power supplies and meters!

I use these leads on low voltage and low current power supplies (60VDC) and multimeters. With the banana plugs on one end and alligator clips on the other, it makes connections for test fast and solid. Great price for the value!

IT IS OK

I debated between buying these and buying the Klein set that includes the Alligator Clips that are not included with the leads that come with the Klein Auto Ranging Multimeters. , these are ok and will probably last me for a long time, but they are no way near the quality the Klein products . I may end up buying a set of the Klein's anyway, as I am considering buying a back up meter. I was totally lost when my last meter failed and the cheap back up I had failed. So I will buy another cheap back up, just in case. I did not have a way to check if a battery was good. LOL The bottom line these are fine test leads, probably would have rated them another star had not I used the Klein's.

The overall quality lacks. No connections on them are soldered and there is no kind of stress relief on the wires. Luckily both of these issues are fixed in about 5 mins with a little solder and some electrical tape. I did a few wraps of electrical tape around each banana plug for stress relief and also a few wraps where the wire is crimped to the alligator clips after soldering them. I would prefer not to have to modify a brand new product out of the box just to improve its quality but its not that big of a deal. I was satisfied enough with it to purchase two more after receiving the first but I just cant give them 5 star after having to modify them to achieve a more standard build quality. It's exactly what you would be expecting if you're buying these. Good price (~10-15CAD), strong clip and snug fit with the leads in my power supply. No complaints.
