Didn't work for taking out deep scratches on my watch crystal.
The product buffed the crystal of my citizen watch, making it super shiny. But the scratches were not removed. I have to say that the scratches are deep so I don't know if anything would take them out. When I used the plunger to push the product out, all of the compound came out at once and made a terrible mess.

The Ultimate Polishing Compound
I bought this diamond paste to put a polished edge on my kitchen knives and other blades such as pocket knives. Their finest paste is one micron in size. That is the size of bacteria! Of course you can polish any metal or hard material that is softer than a diamond. So you can polish glass for instance. For those of you who own firearms and want to polish contact surfaces such a feed ramps and sears, they become like glass with this stuff and that means "smooth" low friction motion of parts. I might suggest getting a set they sell of three or four different grades of abrasives. The finest grade is for an extremely polished surface, so if there is any surface scratches (even a polished surface is "scratched" compared to a one micron abrasive), it will polish over them but not take them down. A little goes a long way, though these tubes are small there is more there than it looks. It does not "wear out" as you use it like less hard abrasives. It is a nice item to have for more uses than just putting an edge on a knife. Be creative! This is a great AMERICAN company, and does what this nation WAS known for doing. Producing some of the world's finest products.

It works pretty well, but if you're going to use it ...
It works pretty well, but if you're going to use it on a belt sander with a leather belt strop it won't last you long at all. It flings off fast and you can sharpen a couple knives is all before it's all gone.

Perfect Garmin Scratch Removal
If you value the money you’ve spent on your Garmin with sapphire, you should look no further. This removes scratches like you wouldn’t believe. I thought ruined my glass more than once, but this just keeps removing any and all scratches I’ve put on it so far. I have yet to make any deep scratches, but the ones I have, can be felt if you run your finger across the screen. Make sure you get a nice microfiber cloth. The thickness is not what you’d expect, and there is zero mess made on the bezel after use. Literally just wipes away.

Excellent!
a little goes a LONG way. You will only need a tiny dab (about the size of a drop or two of water) to cover an 8" leather stropping surface. And you don't need to reapply it for many, many stropping sessions. Crazy how long a tube of this stuff lasts. As for performance, I've heard that the sprays by Hand American are better (DMT apparently has their own line of sprays now), but this works just fine. It's DMT, so you know the micron size is accurate. This is a great way to finish an edge quickly. TIP: these are diamonds, so strop LIGHTLY and judiciously. A few passes on each side at feather-light touch will do the job, if you've done your job with the stones.

Actually works.
Decided to take a risk and try reviving this 20yo watch. Those scratches have been there since 2004 but with a Dremmel polishing head (speed 3 or 4 only) it made short work of them. Finish with the 0.5u grade lapping and it looks almost new again ????????

Get tormek or happich
I use pastes to fine the edge of chef knives and the volume/consistency on this product is quite poor. I use a self-made buffalo leather strop. I use a coarse paste on the suede side and a fiber on the tanned. (Usually tormek then happich) and they’re 1/6th the price per volume. It’s (t paste) “charged” my strop 3x’s ( vs. completion lasting 1/2 a year) and I’m out. I can get mirror polish with both on blade faces. This is expensive and ineffective.

Works great, don't need much
This Dia-Paste is the next step up from the most common "green" grit rating of most compound bars people use for their EDC knife strops. You only need a little bit on some good leather. It'll take a hair shaving edge to hair "popping" edge, is a good way to describe it. I wouldn't recommend this is an only compound, more like second finishing compound for those who are looking for a next level sharp edge.

Smooth Shave
This paste made an excellent job of sharpening the rotary blades on my Philishave electric razor. A small bit of flat glass, a dab of DMT and 30 seconds of gentle grinding, cutting as good as new.

Always sharp and bitey
Been using this stuff for ages always gives a real nice super sharp bitey edge to finish your project. There are better polished edge finishers but that's not what I'm aiming for.

Sauscharf...
