Instant gratification
Lots of aeration fast…less wait, more time to enjoy with family and friends. Purchased another for a close friend.

Changes taste a bit
Does change the taste a bit, not sure it is worth it but I like wine either way, not a picky person.

great for any red wine drinker
aerates wine immediately as it is poured, eliminating the need to wait for the wine to breath on its own. open bottle, inset aerator, pour, drink, enjoy! perfect.

A handy gadget that works pretty well
I saw this little device as I was doing some surfing on Amazon. After reading the other reviews, I thought that I would order one.{Incidentally, since receiving one and using it, we subsequently ordered two more as gifts!] Our son gave us the Vinturi, which works exceedingly well, but is a little messy and a hassle when company is sitting around the table and someone wishes a refill. It becomes a distracting performance each time that it is used. The Vino-Air on the other hand, does not give the same amount of aeration to the wine as the aforementioned device does, and we do not use it when my wife and I are imbibing by ourselves. We use the Vinturi. But when company arrives, we use the Vino-Air. It makes a 'classy', non-drip pouring spout [far fewer drips on the nice, clean tablecloth!], and does a fairly good aerating job in the process. We have had multiple comments and compliments on it's effectiveness and funcionality. The price-point is also a good one. Salut! p.s. Believe it or not, we went to a very nice restaurant the other evening [The Salmon House on the Hill] and took our Vino-Air with us. Rather than ask the waiter to go through the big production of decanting our wine, we told him that 'we would pour' and inserted the device in our 'nice-but-not-stupidly-expensive' bottle that we chose. He thought that it was a super idea. He had not seen one of these before, and wanted one for himself [or so he said]. After we had finished the bottle, we simply removed the device, wrapped it in the paper napkin that we brought it in, and that was that. Love it!

First aerator that has ever worked…
We’ve been through three aerators prior to buying this product. The Vinoair works exactly as it says. I think the video with the gurgling bubbling sound of the wine passing through aerator was the big sell point for us. The larger vent capacity is probably the reason it aerates so well. I’m not an aerator expert, but I like my wine and I like it aerated properly. Highly recommend.

I won't drink wine without this great gadget!
I had heard that wine aerator's actually worked making wine taste better. The first one I'd seen was at my sister's house (she is a wine snob--joking but she makes an annual pilgrimage to Napa to stock up on some great wines...she had the Venturi which worked so well that I started my quest for one. I found the Vino-Air on Amazon along with the Venturi but liked the looks and the price of the Vino-Air better so bought it...had some friends do a before and after taste test and found that it was just as wonderful as the Venturi The look is streamlined without the big fat blob on top of my wine bottle. Also no drips. I've only had one time that it kind of stuck in the bottle but that was minor and I got it out by making sure my hands were very dry and giving it a bigger tug than usual. I liked it so much that I ordered another so that I would have one for red and one for white wine. I have friends in Mexico that tried my Vino-Air and have asked that I buy one for them so I will be buying my third Vino-Air--it's that good! BTW I take one with me to restaurants too as it is very easily slipped into my purse--don't want to drink wine without this compact gadget.

Performs like the more expensive ones I have.
After having experienced the results of an aerator while wine testing at an Oregon vineyard, I purchased a set of aerators that were for red and white wines. I was very pleased with the results. I performed blind tests with guests and they were always impressed with the results. When I performed the test with my brother, sister-in-law and my son during the Christmas holiday, the results were the same...very impressed. Because I was sure they wouldn't buy an expensive model themselves, I decided to try the Vino-air with the intent of giving them as gifts at our New Year dinner. I pored three glasses of wine for testing labeled a, b, and c. One glass was pored straight from the bottle, one using my expensive aerator and one using the Vino-air. (I deliberately choose an inexpensive bottle of white merlot that I knew would have a sharp taste straight from the bottle.) The two aerated glasses were definitely much better, but the surprise was that four of the five testers found that they preferred the Vino-air glass. The difference between the two aerated glasses was hardly noticeable, but the Vino-air glass had a slightly sweeter flavor. I later bought an additional Vino-air for myself.

Fantastic Product
I have owned a few different kinds of these and this one is definitely one of my favorites. For the price you cannot go wrong with this purchase. Super easy to clean, has never leaked either while pouring. Love the sound it makes as well haha

A handy aeration cork thingy!
We're on our 2nd VinOair as it's a really handy device when you have opened a bottle of wine. We live in the UK and ordered it through Amazon, delivery took about 10 days as it was shipped from the USA, an easy process. It fits almost all wine bottle necks, some are very easy to insert (test how slack before use and then make a good judgement call to use it or not), others are tighter and may take a little persuasion to fit properly. But generally the fit is perfect. Pouring of the wine is greeted by a strange gurgling sound as air is mixed with the wine on its way into your glass. This aids the breathing process and certainly enhances the wine in our opinion. If you find that you're not going to finish the contents of the bottle then it's also very good for helping to preserving the wine over a couple of days. Maintenance is fairly straightforward, we would advise to just wash the VinOair carefully under cool water, allowing the water to run through the device and not to use a dishwasher. Have a quick check of the rubber sealing ring to check that it is seated correctly and it's then good to use for your next bottle. Care needs to be taken with the tip of the pouring lip as we have found that it is quite easy to chip the tip off (both times happened while it was in the dishwasher), this doesn't affect the aeration process but can create a sharp unsightly edge so beware how you wash/use/store, hence our 4 star review. Overall a great helpful device ????

Does the job well
It fits wider necked wine bottles and aerates nicely. Great for when I don’t have time to decant.

Does what it is supposed to do
This unit does what it is supposed to do, less expensive than others, fits well with different wine bottles. Nothing else to add.
