Good but not perfect for me.

The way the 30 amp plug on my RV is configured, the pigtail goes up instead of down which makes it a little cumbersome and it feels like it would come unplugged easily. That being said, it works ok but I replaced it with a different style which I wish I had found before I ordered this one.

Very nice Adapter

This is exactly perfect for converting from 30 amp to a 20 amp or 15 amp extension cord. The key here is I can plug either one of my extension cords into it. It is built very heavy duty and should last a long time. The 90 degree angles for each plug makes it so that it can hang from a RV power pedestal and my extension cord can plug straight into it. I use a 20 amp extension cord in conjunction with this adaptor.

Works Great on Champion 4000 Digital Hybrid Inverter Generator

I purchased this adapter last year for an open frame Champion 4000 Watt Digital Hybrid generator. Due to recent ice storms we lost power off and on for a week. This adapter worked great for hooking up the fridge inside our house to the RV outlet and keeping it running. No issues with the adapter getting hot, no abnormal issues with the rubber feeling loose or weak from extended use or the cold weather. Overall the adapter performed up to expectations during almost 5 days of off and on use. The finger hole is a nice plus for unplugging the adapter easily, every time. Highly recommended.

Used for trailer

I bought this for while I was in my trailer as, when cooking on appliances (all 15 amp- hot plate & griddle) I kept tripping breakers. I figured that either the hookup was old, or the appliance was pushing the amp capability so I bought this simply to transfer the 30 amp hook up for use on my 15 amp products. I would never use a product which demanded over 15 amp as I would be concerned about overloading it but it fixed the problem I had an gave me the ability to use this outlet for cooking while not tying up my other outlets for the trailer itself to use (my trailer is a pop up which requires a 15 amp hook up). Worked great but I did use caution and only used in supervision and unhooked in between use.

Convenient

Very convenient way to utilize a 30 amp trailer outlet when the trailer is unplugged and provides a great outdoor outlet.
