Definitely worth it
I went camping the weekend before I got this sleeping bag, and it was a nightmare. It got so cold and the comforters we had didn’t help. This sleeping bag did wonders the next weekend. I will be using it this weekend and each weekend moving forward

Revised: Not machine washable
This is a very comfortable, lightweight sleeping bag. My husband and I are both larger and we fit inside just fine. The inner sheet is soft and I like that there’s some separation between the bag and myself. My main issue with this bag is that the zippers do not come off to split it in two so you can wash it. The Coleman website says it can be washed in a commercial machine. I don’t have a commercial machine at the house and live in a rural area where the nearest coin laundry is at least 20 minutes away. This has been sitting in my floor since June because I haven’t had five hours to go and wash it. So it’s machine washable, just not your typical home machine. Update 4/12/23: finally took the dang thing to a laundromat and it’s so big it barely fit in the commercial machine. Therefore I have revised my rating down a star. It would be perfect if it just came apart.

A very roomy more modern alternative to the old flannel sleeping bag
We've had the bulky old flannel sleeping bags from Coleman and yeah you can zip those together, but they are heavy and bulky and, when wet, very hard to dry. We were looking for a quality double that was lighter and smaller when folded and easier to wash, with more modern materials, and this seems to fit the bill. It is still pretty bulky when rolled or folded. But it is about the size of our Queen size bed, plenty large enough. Flannel is much nicer on your skin than some of the satiny slippery nylons used in a lot of cheap bags. This Coleman has interior fabric that's nice and soft, plus the separate sheet that should be great if you want to just give that a wash more often. I mean face it, how often do you actually wash your whole sleeping bag, even if it's machine washable? Don't answer that. We're using it in the lower bed of a VW Eurovan camper and it fills the width and actually hangs over the foot end of the bed. I'm sure our 5 and 7 year old can crawl in with us no problem. Did I mention it's LARGE? Cons: the strings for tying up the rolled bag are too short by about 6 inches. The bag at least when new is a bit bulky and slippery and you have to get a good determined purchase on the thing to roll it up tight enough to hope to get the string around it and into the bag. My advice is to get an adjustable oversize nylon strap you can place around it and then pull tight. It does come with a nice carry bag but you have to roll it up pretty compact to get it into the bag. The zip-plow thing that's supposed to prevent zipper snags works most, but not all, the time. Better than a regular normal zipper, yes, but there are still loose flaps along the zippers that can get caught. I think they must leave those flaps on so that the air doesn't whistle in and out of the zipper even when closed, which is good, but it's still a bit of an issue.

Giant sleeping bag and a good value
Purchased this sleeping bag for tent camping in Southern California in Spring and Summer. It doesn't get too cold at night so I figured this bag would be a good choice. I share this bag with my 3yr old and 6 yr old and we have plenty of room. The quality of the bag is great, it is thick and soft and I love the outside nylon while the inside is cotton. The inner sheet is a nice touch but offers no extra warmth. As for warmth, this bag has been used three times in mild tempratures 45-55 degrees: On a stormy, rainy night in the tent in March and I was perfectly cozy all night long. Then camping in April up near Santa Barbara on a 45 degree night where I freezed all night long (I dont' think I was ever so cold before). Finally we used this bag for camping up in Big Bear on a nice summer night at 55 degrees in July and I was overly warm (but the kids were squashed up against me). Overall, I really find this bag comfortable and will continue to use it. I added a warm fleece blanket instead of the sheet for colder nights. The zippers do not stay closed but that hasn't bothered us since the bag feels like you are sleeping in a full sized bed with a comforter. It has plenty roomy so that we never felt that the bag wasn't covering us even when unzipped. When rolled and placed back in the bag for storage, this sleeping bag is gigantic! It easliy fits in the bag since that is also gigantic. This takes up so much room to pack and store that is the major downfall. Otherwise, for the price I recommend this bag and a sleeping bag liner (purchased seperately) for maximum comfort at a very low price.

Two peas in a pod!
We used this Memorial Day weekend & absolutely love it! My partner and I were able to sleep in this together comfortably… he is 6’1” and I am 5’1” and we had no issues with it. Very warm and zips easily on both sides. Love the removable sheet feature. I will say the outside texture of the fabric makes a crinkle noise. My partner has facial hair and it was making a scratchy crinkle noise on the fabric and I thought some small creature was trying to get into our tent lol so keep that in mind!!! Haha

Good to Buy
Not rated for super cold weather, which is what I was looking for. Good price, good quality, perfect size. I use this on top of my RV queen bed. Easy to wash after each trip.

Great Pick!
Love almost everything about this sleeping bag(s). Very versatile 1 or 2 person bag. Good quality construction. Lightweight but warm enough and super comfortable. The silky sheet enhancement adds more comfort but makes washing the bag a little challenging as it can get twisted up. I haven’t been able to fully understand the easy tie system, so use a separate tie when rolling up the bag (single or double). Nonetheless, overall good buy. I would pick this one again...

easy to use
It is everything that is claimed for it. Large, even when unzipped and used as a single bag instead of a double, warm, easy to use, and machine washable!

Very comfortable, zippers seem to work well!
4 stars just because of the bulkiness of the overall package, but would be hard to get them this comfortable and inexpensive and be any less bulky. Have used one of the two that make up the double for a couple of weeks now at home and the other for a two night camping trip. Very comfortable, zippers work great and don't bind or catch (a big deal for me). Probably not a good fit for a backpacker, but easy enough to load on my bike trailer for my own use.

Felt more like home than camping!
I think I've spoilt myself lol...I didnt separate bags it was just me, myself and I. First yes its warm (camped below zero no issues). Second it was soft, my dogs would often be found on MY bed. Third, I'm never sharing again!! I loved the extra room it felt more like home than camping! The only issue I honestly had was (when I didn't stuff my mattress pads inside bags) the liner and I got tangled up in the middle of the night. Highly recommended

Perfect in every way!
LOVE LOVE LOVE these sleeping bags! Used them while camping in Ontario, during a rainy 25°c weekend. Temperatures got down to about 12°c at night and we stayed warm and dry. The sheet inside is a nice bonus and can be removed. I actually detached each piece of the sleeping bag and used them more like blankets on a queen-size mattress. They were easy to roll up and put away. We didn't use the pockets provided for cell phones, but I can see how they may be useful! I like that they aren't overly plush, but are rather thinner, still having the wicking effect and softness for comfort. They are advertised as being longer for tall people and they did not disappoint. Both people are tall (6 feet+) and we loved them!

Happy with my sleeping bag
This sleeping bag was warm and comfortable for summer camping. I have a weird thing where I like everything to match, so that was one of the main reasons I purchased this bag. I dislike sleeping bags that are brightly coloured with plaid. This one seemed to have good reviews, and it is a nice neutral colour - so I purchased it and I'm glad I did. I used this bag with my partner and we had lots of room to move around. It is a bit bulky, so probably only good for camping with a vehicle.
