The PAIN. Oh sweet lord, the PAIN.
This strap is the source of so much pain. Excruciating, muscle-loosening pain. Combine it with a foam roller and great things can be achieved. You pay for your workout sins in pain - either constant, grinding pain from your knotted muscles, or short-term intense pain from using products like this strap to get un-knotted. The strap is well-constructed. It's not fancy. It doesn't need to be. It has a single purpose, and it does it well. All of the seams are stoutly stitched and the fabric is your standard lasts-though-the-nuclear-winter webbing material. The attached guide is fine if you're not familiar with assisted stretching. It doesn't go super in-depth, but you don't want to learn advanced techniques from a book - that's the kind of thing that should be taught by a professional.

Excellent product. Very happy!
As an overweight, completely non-flexible person at the beginning of a major lifestyle overhaul, this product couldn't possibly be any better for me. It's simple, but by no means lacking in helping you do exactly what it is designed to do....help you stretch. The instructions are simple, yet clear and precise. I was able to do all 12 stretches on the first try, although at beginner levels. The strap is made of very good material and is thoughtfully designed. I love the price, anyone can afford one of these and you can use it for years. As you get better and better, the used of the strap can grow with you. I also feel good about buying from a family owned business. I feel like it's helping them support their family while I change my lifestyle to enjoy my family more by finally getting healthy.

Since I bought two colors, I'll post the same review here: This product is a high quality stretching band that is lengthy, durable, and convenient. It has several loops stitched throughout the rope and holds up well when pulling hard. It also comes with a nice little note from the seller, and most of all, a booklet that provides instructions on stretches and health safety. I find it to be considerate and thoughtful, and I'm glad I got my girlfriend and I one. It also arrived fast, but the priority is the product over the shipping speed, so I deem it a plus! Stretching helps!

STURDY BUT TOO SLIPPERY
This strap is constructed exactly the same as the one used by my physical therapist. So I'm pleased with it in that regard. What I'm not pleased with is the fabric that is used, which is slippery, so when I do stretching exercises with it, it slides around on my foot instead of gripping it. When I'm doing stretch exercises, I want to feel secure that the strap isn't going to slide off, and I don't with this strap.

Does what it needs to do.
I ordered this for stretches for my legs and lower back. While the included pamphlet had a few stretches listed, I had my own plan, so I haven't used the guide at all. The band itself is incredibly useful for the purpose(s) I need it for and I like the loops along the length of it that I use to get a longer or shorter stretch and various parts of the body. If something as simple as a stretch strap can reach perfection, this one does.

Works, but a bit overpriced
This is basically a webbing strip that is folded over and stitched every 8 inches or so, providing loops to grab while stretching. It works quite well, but the quality isn't quite what I expect from this company. Additionally, considering what it is, I think it's a bit over-priced.

Good purchase
I work as a physiotherapist, and I buy these to give out to my patients to assistance with their home stretches. I can't speak to the durability, but at $6, if they only last a year, that's well worth it.

Works well, if you do.
Well made, sturdy, helpful for doing stretches. My dog thinks it's a leash and gets excited at the idea of going for a walk. She's disappointed. I'm pleased.
