Biggest reliable Safe for the price and brand!

It’s huge perfect for my needs. I am a medical cannabis patient and this worked perfectly to keep all my prescription cannabis and glass paraphernalia locked away. Keeps your kids out most importantly safety first! But I’m blown away it’s perfect. The keys that came with it at first I couldn’t find them almost thought they were missing from the packaging but then I dug to the bottom of the box after pulling all the styrofoam out and there they were two safe keys. Digital and key entry works great. Follow the simple directions to get started. Otherwise I’m thinking of buying another one for just a lot of documents and other valuables. Perfect that it’s a amazon brand that too. I’ve always liked their amazon basics products on here.

Decent for price

Key pad has worked every time. Not meant to keep people 100% out. With time and correct tools would be pretty easy to get into. As long as you secure to wall and keep hidden. Confident in this safe for my fire arms. Not water or fire proof

Dead Batteries

Well, I was planning to retrieve something from my safe and it would not accept my code. None of the lights would illuminate as it normally did, so, I presumed that the batteries may have "died". After an hour of searching for the keys, I finally found them. But, the safe would not open when I inserted the key and attempted to open it. After multiple attempts and the need for the document, I had to resort to a more 'lethal' way of getting the safe to open as you can see in the attached picture. Having an electronic item is fine but when the batteries need to be replaced, it does no good if the compartment is inside the safe!!!!!!!! Next purchase will be a combination safe. This one is the AmazonBasics Home Keypad Safe. Don't recommend purchasing it for the reasons I shared above.

Odd distance between mounting holes

To fix on a wall, you either add a stud or plug two 2x4 crossway to mount secure. Back holes not 12” distance to each other so you won’t be able to fix it to a wall properly unless you’re ok to fix on one stud. Will keep nosy family members or friends out or reach of your valuable. It’s a somewhat light deterrent against theft as anyone with basic skills and tools they can find around your own house will open it. Very easy to use. Setting your password is a breeze. Construction is light to medium. Look’s like it could rust. Decent for the cost vs value. Overall, it’s a nice deterrent intended to give basic skilled thieves a hard time for a minute or two. Not fire or water proof as per the description. Very easy to use and will do the job if mounted properly. Very nice household safe with plenty of space.

Superb Value decent size Safe

Ideal domestic Safe yes the Cash Rating is not great but its a decent size and Superb Value .. Burton Safes are better but three times the Price and not as big ! I have one plus a Chubb plus this . In my humble opinion ever one should have a safe if only for Passports , Documents etc >

This is an economical and very good product in its category. The only thing needs improvement is the nob seems very fragile, it can breakdown if not used gently.

Pretty decent

I fit it under a deck to a wall the fixings sent you need size 12 bit I didn't have one on me so stuck my own bits in and it's stuck there solid if you wanted to get in it you could I imagine fairly easy if you knew what you were doing so having it fitted to something solid definitely makes sense looks smart though does the job. Can't fit a 4 in properly it's deep enough but they curl up a bit
